That’s a wrap on NPC Universe!

Rebecca swept her 35+ and 40+ classes earning TWO IFBB Pro cards and Coach Sami placed 2nd in a very competitive Masters 35+ class narrowly missing her pro status.

As prep coaches, we strike the balance between pushing our athletes to bring their absolute competitive best, while also supporting and respecting their minds and bodies in a way that keeps their longevity and happiness in check during and after their preps so they can continually grow as athletes and people.

Every athlete gets

- FULLY customized workout programming based on their divisions, areas that need to grow and schedule. (No cookie cutter plans!)
- Detailed check-ins that look at all the variables that impact how they look and feel including their cycles, heart rates, sleep, digestion, labs, steps (and more)
- Access to our in-house posing and presentation coach @instaannie.co
- Bloodwork reviews and optimization strategies with our team doctor
- Custom supplement strategies based on labs
- A coach who sees them as a whole person not just a paycheck or number on a rooster.

We are with our athletes for the good days and the bad days, and we do everything we can to make the process positive AND successful.

Because while suffering is ultimately part of the bodybuilding process, you should never suffer more than you enjoy the process.

Congrats ladies and onto the next!

That moment when @chantelhall_ifbbpro placed 2nd at the IFBB Sacramento Pro Bikini Championship. Up until that point, everyone else had told her “you have potential.”

First it was, “you can turn pro.”
Then it was, “you can be a top pro.”
And then, “you can be an Olympian.”

And it was in this moment, she realized what everyone else knew all along.

W.O.W! 🙏🏽❤️ After years of hard work, purpose, and determination... we did it! I’m absolutely over the moon with gratitude and excitement to be named one of the very first IFBB Fit Model Pros.

I truly couldn’t have done this without the love and support of my incredible circle. And thank you to everyone who’s reached out or followed along on this journey. Your encouragement has meant the world.

To my amazing friend, coach, and inspiration, Carrie… WE DID IT. Your belief in me has changed my life. @carrielawlerhennessy

This team has been nothing short of life-changing, and I’m beyond honored to be part of it, as both a coach and an athlete.✨

From Motherhood, to coaching, to showing up as a Coach and friend, and for herself….Sami is such an example to our team of being present, holding yourself accountable, working hard and staying patient! She reminds us that we CAN accomplish anything we fully commit ourselves to.

Congratulations on this achievement @sami.g.fit! It was only a matter of time. ❤️‍🔥

Our team had a wonderful time at NPC North American Championships in Pittsburgh over the weekend. We created memories, achieved success, learned more about each of our athletes, and had fun! We are forever grateful to work closely with so many inspiring women who share our core values, work ethic, and who bring positive energy to the community.

✨ @coach_bec.goodman earned 3rd in Bikini F 40+ and First Callouts in a very impressive Bikini F 35+ class at her FIRST national contest under coach @fitbliss_lynnds

✨ @dheninger, also a first-time athlete on the national stage, earned 3rd in Fit Model D 45+ and 4th in Fit Model D 40+ under coach @sami.g.fit

✨ Ruby earned 1st in Bikini B 40+ (and your new ifbb Pro!) and 2nd in Bikini B 35+ under coach @fitbliss_lynnds

✨ @monica_vize brought a personal best, narrowly missing a Top 5 placing with a 6th place finish in Bikini F 45+ at her very first national show under coach @chantelhall_ifbbpro

✨ Coach @sami.g.fit earned 3rd out of 19 amazing athletes in a competitive Fit Model Open Class B with a very polished presentation with her coach, Drew.

Posing for all athletes was done by @instaannie.co who also assists with overall stage looks, poise and presentation

A special thanks to @fitbliss_lynnds, @kass, @sami.g.fit , and @instaannie.co , who worked together to ensure everyone was taken care of and peaking at their best on show day.

We never take our role for granted. Supporting our athletes on important days like these means the world to us so thank you to all of our athletes for trusting us with their goals.

Lastly, thanks to @npcnewsonlineofficialpage, garyudit for a positive show experience, @toxicangelzbikinis for the gorgeous suits, @olympia.tanning @lebou_beauty for stage glam, and all the judges, expediters, security, and behind-the-scenes staff who make these events possible. The day of any big contest can be crazy for everyone involved, but having good people around you makes all the difference.

my love language is progressive overload by @fitbliss_elite

We had a great weekend at the October NPC Utah Classic! 🏆💕

We always love supporting @officialssfitnessproductions ! Their shows run so smoothly, the energy is great, and it’s always fun catching up with our Utah bodybuilding community.

We had three Fitbliss Fit Model athletes take the stage, and so much to celebrate!

✨Whitley: 1st Place Open Class A! She’s now shifting her focus to natural bikini, and we’re excited to watch her grow under Coach Carrie.

✨Talia: 2nd Place Open Class A in a very competitive lineup! She’s heading into her improvement season to work on judges’ feedback and hit the national stage ready to roll in 2027 under Coach Lynndsey.

✨Steph Callie: Placed top 5 in both classes at her very first bodybuilding competition! After navigating some significant health challenges and setbacks over the past few years, getting to the stage was a huge accomplishment. We’re so proud of her perseverance and excited to see what she builds in her off-season under coach Kassie.

A big thank you to our coaches @carrielawlerhennessy, @instaannie.co @fitbliss_lynnds , and @fitnesskass22 for being there to make sure every detail, from posing and presentation to peak-day adjustments, was taken care of!

All posing done by our team posing coach @instaannie.co. 🤝💃

We’re so grateful for the athletes who trust us with their goals. We love helping women find success in this sport, but just as importantly, we want them to enjoy the process, build friendships, and prioritize their physical and mental health along the way.

That’s the Fitbliss Difference. 💕

It’s easy to look at someone’s results and assume it just comes naturally to them.

But what you don’t always see is the work behind it. The consistency, the uncomfortable days, the adjustments, and the decisions made when no one is watching.

And if you’ve ever thought, “I could never do that,” I want you to know you’re not automatically the exception. You might just need the right plan, support, and systems that work for YOUR life.

Is it easy? No. But it doesn’t have to be complicated.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Sometimes, having the right support makes all the difference. 🤍

If this is something you’ve been working toward, I hope you know it’s possible for you, too.

If you need a little bit of guidance, my DM’s are open or click the link in my bio to schedule a phone call 🥰
