Stop trying to fix your body with generic plans—use the blueprint it was born with!

I spent my 20s trying every fad diet with zero success. When I finally learned to eat based on my own DNA, everything changed—and those results have lasted over 30 years.

Everyone is unique. My DNA revealed I thrive as a high-protein, low-carb body, meaning so-called “healthy” foods actually slow me down:
🍠 Sweet Potatoes: Cause water retention and puffiness.
🥣 Oatmeal: Creates sluggish digestion.
🍌 Bananas: Lead to sugar crashes and fat storage.

This is where most women get stuck doing everything "right" but seeing no changes! When you eat exactly how your body uses fuel, your hormones calm down, inflammation drops, and your whole system syncs up.

How the DName Program works:
1️⃣ Your test kit ships straight to your door.
2️⃣ Do a quick cheek swab and send it to the lab.
3️⃣ We hop on a 1:1 Zoom to break down your results and build your custom plan!
Tired of guessing what your body actually needs?

✨Crepey neck part TWO – no tools needed!✨
If you’ve got that crinkly, saggy neck thing going on 👀 (hi, same 🫣), this one’s for you. I’m 62 and while it’s not perfect, I’m keeping it lifted and firm.
This week, we’re diving deeper into how to work with the muscles that actually pull the neck down – especially the platysma, traps, and back-of-neck tension that most people ignore. These moves are simple, targeted, and surprisingly effective.

🎯 Chin to the sky
🎯 Shoulder-to-shoulder stretches
🎯 Occipital ridge release
🎯 Trap tension pinch & pull

Everything in your neck works together – and when it tightens and collapses, so does your skin. Let’s release, re-align, and glow up that neck.

P.S. Don’t worry, I know we just did part 1 last week – next week we’re shifting focus to JOWLS (get ready 👏).

I came to SHA expecting to learn more about my body.

I didn’t expect one of my biggest lessons to have nothing to do with a machine.

The technology, assessments and treatments here are incredible, but my pranayama experience made me realize something about myself: I can turn even self-care into another item on my to-do list.

Do the ritual. Check the box. Move on.

But am I actually experiencing it?

That question stayed with me.

Because taking care of ourselves isn’t only about doing all the “right” things. It’s also about being present enough to receive them. 🤍

Have you ever caught yourself turning self-care into another task?

My ultimate shower routine for glowing skin, healthy hair, and lymphatic support.

What if your daily shower could do more than just cleanse your skin?

I love turning everyday routines into simple wellness rituals that support my skin, scalp, fascia, and overall well-being.

From gentle scalp massage to lymphatic drainage techniques and nourishing body care, these small habits can help you feel refreshed, relaxed, and more connected to your body.

Here's something I always remind my clients: healthy aging and glowing skin aren't just about what you put on your face. Your scalp, fascia, circulation, and daily self-care habits deserve attention, too.

You don't need an elaborate routine to care for yourself. Sometimes, it's the little things you do consistently that make the biggest difference.

Packing for wellness looks a little different around here.

If you know me, you know I’m not leaving home without the tools and rituals that help me feel my best. My skincare, fascia tools, red light, hydration… yes, they’re all coming with me.

This time, I’m taking them to SHA Wellness Mexico as I step into their Rebalance & Reenergize program.

I’m curious to see what happens when the routines I already love meet a completely different approach to wellness.

Next stop: paradise.

You’ve seen what I do for my skin. Now here’s a little look at what goes into my wellness routine.

Yes, that’s olive oil in my glass—Zoefull Wild Olive Oil.

I spend so much time talking about caring for our bodies through fascia, movement, and daily habits. But I also believe that how we nourish ourselves from within deserves just as much attention.

And sometimes, it’s the simplest daily rituals that feel the most luxurious.

Ready to get your glow going from the inside out?

Comment WILD OLIVE Oil below and I’ll send you the link to the wild olive oil I’ve made part of my personal wellness ritual.

The ONE detail I want you to remember from this entire routine?

LIGHTER HANDS.

You do not need to aggressively pull, press, or fight with your face to care for it.

In this demonstration, I’m using small circles around the temples, flat finger pads through the cheeks, and a gentle lift-and-reposition movement near the eyes.

Slow it down. Support the skin. Pay attention to what you’re feeling.

And around the eyes, I want you to be especially gentle. Stay along the bony rim and NEVER press directly on the eyeball.

This is Part 3 of my Facial Self-Care Series. If you missed Parts 1 and 2, go back and watch the preparation and jaw demonstrations so you can see how I build the entire sequence.

Save this and come back to it during your skincare routine.

Now tell me what you want next: FOREHEAD TENSION or more NECK self-care?

And if you want to go beyond these short demonstrations and learn more of my techniques, comment FFL and I’ll send you the details about my Fascia FaceLIFT Course.

Check your jaw before you finish reading this.

Are you clenching right now?

Most people don’t even realize how much tension they’re holding there until they actually STOP and pay attention.

And here’s something I notice all the time: one side can feel completely different from the other.

In this demonstration, I’m showing you exactly how I approach the jaw—supporting the skin, keeping the jaw softly open, and using slow, intentional movements with a little glide when needed.

No aggressive pulling. No forcing it. No “more pressure must mean better.”

Comfortable pressure ALWAYS.

This is Part 2 of my Facial Self-Care Series, and I kept the full demonstration because I want you to actually SEE the hand placement, how I work both sides, and the finishing sweep.

If something hurts, stop. Listen to your body.

Now send this to that friend who is ALWAYS saying, “I clench my jaw.”

And tell me—do you notice yourself clenching more while you’re working or when you wake up?

Want to learn more of my techniques and go deeper into the way I work with the face?

Comment FFL and I’ll send you the details about my Fascia FaceLIFT Course.
