Finding different ways to make meals I actually enjoy has made staying consistent so much easier 😮‍💨🍳✨ Prepping for a few days at a time helps too, because I am not scrambling every day trying to figure out what to eat.

The goal is really to make staying on track feel easier without eating the same boring meals over and over 🤎🥗🔥

Definitely adding more meals like this into my SnapBack rotation 😮‍💨🍽️

I started seeing a difference when I stopped treating core workouts like they were the ONLY thing that mattered. 😭 Walking more, eating better, drinking my water, training my core and just being consistent all started adding up.

The waist trainer and sauna suit are just little extras I like using sometimes, but the real work is in the habits. 😂💦

Nothing happened overnight, I just kept doing the little stuff long enough for it to start showing. 🔐

I really used to be in that gym just doing shit 😭😂 but one thing I did was KEEP SHOWING UP. I ain’t think I was ever gonna see the other side of that baby weight fr, but look at us now 🥹😂

Moral of the story: you don’t have to have it all figured out. Just start, learn as you go & stay consistent enough to see what happens. 🤎

And clearly… eventually I figured some shit out 😂

Okay THIS one is definitely getting added to the rotation 😮‍💨🔥 Healthy eating does not mean eating boring food.

🥩 Seasoned ground beef
🌽 Corn
🧅 Diced red onion
🌿 Cilantro
🥄 Light mayo
🥄 Light sour cream

I used to look at the body I wanted like it was so far away… now I’m watching myself build it in real time. 🥹🔥

Nothing special, no secret formula. Everything I’ve done is something YOU can do too. I just stopped quitting on myself. 💪🏾

I wasn’t trying to get a bigger 🍑… I was trying to BUILD & SHAPE the one I already had. 😭🍑🔥

Looking back at my before, the size was there, but training my glutes consistently helped me work toward more shape, lift, strength & definition.

Here’s what I’ve been keeping in rotation + what each one targets:

🍑 Standing Cable Hip Abductions — glute medius / upper & outer glutes
🍑 Dumbbell Split Squats — glutes + quads
🍑 Dumbbell Squats — quads + glutes + hamstrings
🍑 Barbell Box Squats — glutes + quads + hamstrings
🍑 Bulgarian Split Squats — glutes + quads, with a BIG stretch through the working glute
🍑 Smith Machine Hip Thrusts — glute max / your main 🍑 muscle

And remember, it wasn’t ONE magical workout that changed my body. It’s been strength training, progressively challenging myself, walking, nutrition & CONSISTENCY.

Still building. Still learning. Still working. But that before & after?! Yeahhhh… we making progress. 😭🔥

Back progress will humble you because sometimes you don’t realize how much has changed until you put the videos side by side. 😭🔥

These are some of the back exercises I’ve been adding into my routine to help build more shape, strength, and definition:

• Bent-over reverse flys
• Bent-over rows
• Close-grip lat pulldowns
• Weighted bird dog crunches
• Around the worlds

The workouts help build the muscle, but the overall transformation also comes from staying consistent with my nutrition, walking, and keeping myself in a calorie deficit.

240lbs ➡️ 195lbs 💕 and one thing I learned is that losing weight DOES NOT mean your grocery cart has to be boring 😭

A big part of my journey has been learning how to make better swaps that actually fit my goals instead of trying to completely stop eating the things I like.

If I want chips? I’ll grab a higher-protein option.
Something sweet? I look for something that satisfies the craving without taking up half my calories 😂
Drinks? I look for lower-sugar/lower-calorie options.
Snacks? I try to pair something I enjoy with PROTEIN so I’m actually satisfied.

Some of my go-to grocery finds lately 👇🏾
🥛 Greek yogurt & higher-protein options
🍿 Popcorn for when I want something crunchy
🌶️ Protein chips
🐟 Tuna for an easy protein source
🍫 Protein bars for grab-and-go days
🥤 Lower-calorie drink swaps
🍦 Portion-friendly sweet treats
🥯 Whipped cream cheese instead of giving up the foods I actually like

And NO, you don’t have to buy every “healthy” product you see. 😂 Read the nutrition label and find what works with YOUR calories, protein, carbs and fats.

The goal isn’t to eat perfectly. It’s finding changes you can actually stick to.

Calorie deficit + enough protein + movement + consistency. That’s what’s been working for me. 💕

In the gym working hard, but the back still holding on for dear life? 😂

Let’s start with the food, friend.

This Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowl is sweet, spicy, filling, and perfect for meal prep when you want something healthy that still tastes good.

Rice, seasoned salmon, cucumbers, shredded carrots, and extra honey sriracha sauce on top. Simple, flavorful, and high in protein. 🍯🌶️

Just remember, portions still matter. We are trying to un-big the load, not build a salmon tower. 😂

Save this for your next meal-prep day and comment “SALMON” if you want the full recipe.

Meal-prepped breakfast that actually tastes like something I’d look forward to eating. 🍓

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Oats

Easy to prepare, high in protein, and perfect for busy mornings when I need to grab my food and go.

Save this for your next Sunday reset, and send it to somebody who always skips breakfast. 😂

Would you try this, or are overnight oats not your thing?

Mondays have a funny way of testing every plan you made on Sunday. 😂

You meal prep.
You organize your week.
You tell yourself you’re waking up at 4 a.m.

Then Monday actually shows up…

The alarm doesn’t go how you expected.
Your schedule changes.
Life starts life-ing.

The difference this time is I refused to tell myself, “I’ll just start again tomorrow.”

Progress isn’t about having the perfect Monday. It’s about making the best decision you can with the Monday you actually have.

What’s one thing Monday humbled you with today? 😂👇
