13 minutes. 🕥💥
They say progress is built in inches, but sometimes, if you trust the process, stay consistent, and refuse to back down, it happens in leaps.
Crossing the finish line at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon with a 13-minute personal improvement isn’t just about a new number on a clock. It’s a testament to every long run through doubt and exhaustion, and every invisible kilometer put in when no one was watching.
The real race is always against the person you were yesterday. And the best part? Next time, it’s definitely going to be sub-2 hours. 🎯🏃‍♂️
Stay patient, put in honest work, and the breakthroughs will take care of themselves. Onward and upward! 🚀👟

...as I finished my first Devil's Circuit, it was tough, but I'm tougher than the obstacles they threw at me. 🧱🔥

This year has been all about pushing boundaries and taking on new challenges, from the half marathon, to HYROX, and now conquering Devil’s Circuit. This is exactly what hybrid training prepares you for, when the body wants to quit, the mind takes over. No shortcuts, just pure grit and showing up.

On to the next challenge! 🏃‍♂️

Stepped onto the HYROX Delhi floor for my first ever singles race. Thought I was ready. HYROX Delhi humbled me real quick. 💀

There is a point between the sled pushes and the wall balls where your ego completely leaves your body, and it just becomes survival.

Every weakness? Exposed.

But that is the beauty of theHYROX. You realize you aren’t racing the people next to you, you’re fighting your own mind. Sore, exhausted, but hungry for more.
Never stop competing with yourself. 🏁🔥

Did something I never thought I could, participated in my very first HYROX. 🏋️‍♂️💥

This wasn’t just a race. It was months of planning, pushing, failing, and getting back up. It was waking up before sunrise to hit the gym, sweating through workouts that seemed impossible, and showing up on days when my body begged me to quit. Every run, every row, every sled push, and every burpee brought me here. Every single drop of sweat, every muscle ache, every early morning and late night, was worth it.

HYROX isn’t just about speed or strength; it’s about mental grit, resilience, and refusing to give up when the challenge feels bigger than you. Crossing that finish line today, I didn’t just see the end of a race, I saw the countless hours of training, the discipline, the sacrifices, and the growth that got me here.

This journey taught me that progress doesn’t happen overnight, but if you show up consistently, push past the uncomfortable, and keep believing in yourself, you can achieve what once felt impossible. So here I am, tired, sore, but proud, and already dreaming about the next challenge.

To anyone chasing their first HYROX or any big goal: trust your process, embrace the grind, celebrate your progress, and remember that the hardest part is showing up. The rest? You’ll conquer it, one rep at a time. 💪🔥

“You don’t find yourself in comfort. You find yourself in suffering.”

1:49. Painful. Relentless. Addictive.
Hyrox debut done and somehow, I’m already hungry for more.
See you at the next start line. by @fitraahi

First HYROX in the books! 🏁 Squad showed up and showed out! The energy, the sweat, and pushing our limits together- kya insane experience tha. This course tests everything you’ve got, but nothing beats the adrenaline of leaving it all on the floor for your team. Yeh toh bas shuruwat hai. We came, we pushed, we conquered. Let’s go! 🔥

Reflecting on 2025 and realizing that “good” and “bad” are just two sides of the same coin. 🪙

Looking back, this year was a beautiful, chaotic mosaic. I’m choosing to be thankful for the moments that felt like sunshine, the big wins, the unexpected laughs, and the days where everything just clicked. But honestly? I’m just as thankful for the days that tested me.

Thank you, 2025, for the “no’s” that redirected me to better “yes’s.” Thank you for the challenges that forced me to find a strength I didn’t know I had. I’m walking out of this year a little more tired, maybe, but definitely a lot more “me.”

Every high taught me gratitude. Every low taught me resilience. Every mundane middle-of-the-week moment taught me that life is happening right now, not just in the highlights.

To the people who stayed, the lessons that stuck, and the growth that happened behind the scenes, thank you. I’m closing this chapter with a full heart and ready for whatever 2026 has in store. ✨

Not a transformation, but a testimony.

What started as a goal became a lifestyle. I didn’t chase perfection, I built consistency. No crash diets, no shortcuts, just showing up, day after day, trusting the process, and letting discipline do the heavy lifting.

This isn’t the ‘after’ it’s just the beginning. A sustainable journey fueled by patience, progress, and self-respect.

Feeling incredibly lucky to have been part of the amazing #fittrcommunity @fittrwithsquats . Thank you for always keeping that fire lit and for providing the structure and motivation we needed.🔥

If you're starting your journey, remember: The difference between Week 1 and Week 16 is one decision made every single day.

Stay consistent, keep progressing…

Invest in yourself. It's the best investment you'll ever make.

What makes you feel RICH?

Waiting for MOTIVATION can feel like waiting for a miracle. The truth is, motivation comes and goes, but consistency is what keeps you moving, even when the spark isn't there. Here are some powerful pointers to keep you going:

Set Small, Achievable Goals: Break big tasks into smaller, manageable chunks. This makes it easier to stay on track and avoid feeling overwhelmed.

Create a Routine: Establish a daily routine that includes actions tied to your goals. The more you make these actions a habit, the less you’ll have to rely on motivation to get started.

Track Your Progress: Keep a journal or checklist to track your daily progress. Celebrating small wins keeps you motivated and helps build momentum.

Embrace Imperfection: Don't wait for the 'perfect' moment to start or to make everything perfect. It's the consistency and the willingness to improve that matters most.

Find Your "Why": Know why you're doing what you're doing. Connecting with your deeper reasons for pursuing something will fuel your drive on the days when motivation is low.

Surround Yourself with Positivity: Keep your environment and people around you uplifting. Being in a positive space can help you stay focused and energized.

Be Kind to Yourself: Progress isn't linear. Some days will be tougher than others, and that's okay. The key is to keep going, even if it's just a little bit each day.

Stay Accountable: Share your goals with someone who can keep you accountable. A little external push can help you stick to your plan when motivation is low.

Remember, success isn’t a one-time thing—it’s about showing up, doing the work, and being consistent even when the motivation isn't there. Keep going, even on the tough days!
