Saturday the 14th — one for the history books. Over 80 legends showed up, stepped outside, and proved what community really looks like. Different backgrounds, different fitness levels, one shared goal: to move, connect and belong. Fitstop in Motion may have taken us outside the gym for the day, but the heart of it was the same — connection, effort, and belonging. To everyone who came along, supported, trained hard and stayed for the sausage sizzle after… thank you. The vibe, the encouragement, the laughs — that’s what makes this community so special. A huge shoutout to our incredible sponsors — LSKD, Red Bull, City Cave, and Macro Kitchen — for bringing the energy, the prizes and supporting the day. From the coaches and owners, we just want to say how grateful we are. None of this happens without our members. You’re the reason events like this work. You’re the reason the atmosphere feels the way it does. Saturday showed that whether we’re inside the gym or out in the community, the Fitstop culture stays the same. And that’s something pretty special. 💛 by @fitstop_stleonards

🏆 MEMBER OF THE MONTH – JUSTIN LEUNG! 🏆 A massive shoutout to one of our OGs, JUSTIN! 🙌🔥 Justin has been a HUGE part of our Fitstop St Leonards community since day one, and we couldn’t imagine the place without him! Over the past few months, we’ve loved watching Justin step things up with his training. His consistency, dedication and hard work haven’t gone unnoticed! And he’s chasing a pretty BIG milestone… 500 SESSIONS BY THE END OF THE YEAR! 👀🔥 But what we love most is that Justin represents everything our community is about. Showing up, putting in the work, building friendships and having a good laugh along the way! We asked Justin a few questions, and here’s what he had to say! 👇 💪 What’s been your biggest win since joining Fitstop? “Increase in strength and overall fitness, but probably even more so the friendships I’ve made along the way. It’s always great when the people you’re suffering through a workout with become some of your favourite people outside the gym too!” ❤️ What’s your favourite thing about being part of the Fitstop St Leonards community? “Everyone pushes each other and celebrates each other’s wins, but we’re also more than happy to have a yap or a little goof off during the warm-up or class. Sorry to all our amazing coaches who have to put up with us.” 🔥 What’s your favourite Fitstop session? “Depends when you ask me.. I’ve enjoyed pushing myself on condition Wednesdays until I finish the class. Otherwise, Friday lift is always lots of fun!” 👀 What would you tell someone who’s thinking about giving Fitstop a go? “If you’re unsure, just give it a go. There are people with all sorts of different fitness goals and abilities, and the coaches are great at helping you work towards your own goals. Plus, everyone is pretty welcoming, so you’ll probably find yourself wondering why you didn’t start sooner.” Justin, we’re so bloody proud of you! Thanks for being such a big part of what makes our community special. Now let’s get you to 500 SESSIONS! 🚀 LESSSGOOOO! 💪 by @fitstop_stleonards

Most people already know the basics. Move more. Eat better. Train consistently. The hard part is doing it week after week when life gets busy and motivation drops. It’s not because you don’t care or you’re lazy. It’s because you’re trying to do it alone. That’s where structure, coaching, accountability and a community in your corner can make all the difference. If you’re ready to find a way of training you can actually stick with, visit the link in our bio and grab your first 2 weeks for half price. by @fitstop_stleonards
