At the beginning of this year, I was in one of the darkest places I’ve ever been. I had lost myself completely. I didn’t recognize the woman staring back at me, and for a while, I wasn’t sure how to find her again.

The gym became more than a place to work out. It became my therapy, my safe space, and the one thing that kept me grounded when everything else felt uncertain. Some days I showed up motivated, most days I showed up because I knew I needed to.

What changed me wasn’t one workout, one meal, or one perfect week. It was consistency. It was discipline. It was choosing to show up for myself over and over again, especially on the days I didn’t feel like it.

The progress you see isn’t just physical. It’s confidence rebuilt. It’s healing. It’s learning to trust myself again. It’s proof that even when you feel lost, you can find your way back.

This year, I didn’t just build my body, I found myself again. 🤍✨Keep showing up for yourself. The results will come, but more importantly, you’ll become someone you’re proud of along the way. 🦋💪🏽
