Little surprise inside this Macbook pro M1 Max 🕷

This one meant a little more than just another repair. ❤️

Our customer has owned this Sega CDX since childhood. Years later, it stopped reading discs — but when something carries this many memories, replacing it with another one just isn’t the same.

We diagnosed the problem, replaced the complete optical assembly, tested everything… and brought it back to life. 🎮✨

Technology gets old. Memories don’t.

Another piece of gaming history saved at FixMoi. 🔧

Someone stubbed this iphone 16 pro 🔪 📱

This HomePod travelled all the way from Orlando, Florida to our shop in Quebec after its owner found us on YouTube.

This wasn’t just another speaker. It had a lot of sentimental value, so even if we couldn’t repair it, he wanted his original HomePod back.

Thankfully, the problem came down to one of the most common failures on these devices: a tiny diode on the motherboard.

We replaced it, tested everything, and brought his HomePod back to life. ❤️

Sometimes a repair isn’t about what a device is worth. It’s about what it means to the person who owns it.

Aquarium water got inside this MacBook and took out the display. 💧💻

After a full corrosion treatment, we traced the fault to a damaged high-voltage line responsible for the screen’s backlight.

The solution? Rebuilding the damaged traces manually under the microscope. 🔬

✅ Backlight restored
✅ Display working again
✅ Original motherboard repaired

Sometimes the smallest damaged connection can shut down an entire system.
