What does a LABA7 vacuum bleeder actually do, and why does your suspension need it? 🔧 Ever wonder what goes into a proper 200-hour suspension service? One of the most important steps in a full damper rebuild is removing trapped air and replacing old, contaminated oil. That’s where our LABA7 vacuum bleeding machine comes in. 🔧 Here’s how it works: The LABA7 uses controlled vacuum and pressure cycles to remove trapped air from the damper and fill it with fresh suspension fluid. Why does that matter? ✔️ Consistent damping: Air in the hydraulic system can cause inconsistent rebound and compression. ✔️ Better control: Properly bled dampers deliver more predictable performance through rough terrain. ✔️ Reduced cavitation issues: Removing trapped air helps prevent aeration-related performance problems. ✔️ Restored performance: Fresh oil and a proper bleed help your suspension perform the way it was designed to. Why is this part of a 200-hour service? Because a full damper service goes beyond changing external seals and lubrication. We’re servicing the internal hydraulic system responsible for controlling your suspension. At FT Tuned, we invest in professional equipment because the details matter. Justin loves the intricate work, and we’d rather do it right than take shortcuts. Your suspension is more than an air spring and a couple of knobs. Let’s get it dialed. 📍 In-house suspension service 📦 Mail-in service available 🌐 FTtuned.com Advice is always free. #FTTuned #SuspensionService #LABA7 #ShockService #MTBSuspension SuspensionTuning MTBMaintenance by @flattireco
