I love being a Coach.
I love being coached.
I love watching other Coaches coach.
I love learning from other Coaches.
I love preparing for coaching and reflecting about coaching.

There is so much to learn and so much to work on, always.

If your Coach doesn’t ask questions and isn’t willing to constantly educate themselves, get a new one.

As a Coach I’m constantly torn between feeling confident in what I’m doing and feeling like I know nothing at all.

I’m feeling so grateful to call my passion my job. The connections you can build through coaching are truly something special.

I got some hate comments on a reel last week and I didn’t want to offend the little insecure “men” again, so that’s why I waited with posting this. 🤭😂

95kg for a double CJ PR 🙋🏼‍♀️

Maybe it’s all the nasi goreng, maybe it’s the environment @bambufitnessbali, but most likely it’s just the result of what @aimeeanayaeverett and I have been working on this past year. 🫶🏼

Just so cool to still be able to PR after all these years!! 🥹

Let’s normalise feeling confident in your skin and not being afraid to show it. 🩵💙💜

One day we’ll be old and wrinkly and we’ll WISH we took more photos that day on the beach because damnnnn 🤌🏼😮‍💨 by @florencemarion

I mean if I was a below-average guy with 0.5kg muscle mass I would probably be bitter too… smh 🤦🏼‍♀️
