Details of our wedding arbor 🫐🥝🔮🪩

Designing your own wedding flowers as a wedding florist is quite the task! lol I knew from the very beginning the color scheme, but seeing so much on Pinterest and instagram and the “pressure” of being a florist for your wedding is real and can definitely be stressful.

My advise to all those getting married. Go with your gut! Trust yourself and do what makes you happy, and try to drown out all the outside noise and second guessing. And TRUST YOUR FLORIST TEAM! They know how to execute!

Huge shout out to my team and @bloomtheory.studio for coming in to help and bringing my vision to life!! I am the luckiest and our floral community in the greatest 🥰

Hello Flower Friends!

I’m Brenna - the face, hands and mind behind Floret Design Studio. A few fun facts:

🎨 My background is in Visual Communication with a degree from FIDM - San Francisco, CA.
🌷I began my floral design journey at Ketchum Flower Co in 2011, however growing up a gardening mother and running around the mountains here in Idaho, I have been a flower nerd since I was little
🌈 I love playing with color and texture and exploring new designs
🚐 I owned a traveling boutique in an airstream I renovated called @the_mobo for 5 years
🏔️ I love mountain biking in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter
😆 I have uncontrollable, over exaggerated gasps for all things good or bad, which constantly freaks out my team. Could be a beautiful flower moment, or could have cut my finger haha you just never know
🏝️ My ideal vacation spot in the off season is with Baja, Mexico or Hawaii. Just give me a beach
👋 Our shop is located in Ketchum, ID - come say anytime I’m almost always there except on weekends

Xo,
B 🌿

Rehearsal Dinner for A + A at the top of the mountain at Roundhouse. We wanted the florals to feel romantic and elevated, but natural to the setting to complement the natural wood, stone and warm tones in the lodge.
Seasonally we got to source the most amazing local blooms of dahlias, lisianthus and blackberries!

at altitude in Sun Valley🌞

Meaghan & Korosh’s wedding weekend out West culminated in a ceremony atop Bald Mountain. Guests then headed down the gondola to a cocktail hour on the terrace of River Run Lodge.

A beloved detail were the compass escort cards, which featured each guest’s name, with an interior card showing their table number. Guests were guided to mountain-themed tables after a special guest rang a Swiss dinner ‘cowbell’ brought with her from Zürich.

The Lodge is where dinner and dancing took place; designed with rich blues and greens to feel like “a disco in Rivendell.”

An incredibly special weekend, with much more to share.

One year ago today we were a part of the most beautiful celebration of love for Kristen & Grant. Tucked away at their private family home among the crisp autumn air and vibrant changing trees. The entire day felt like a fairytale. Their love echoed off the mountain sides.

We got to work alongside our favorite gals for the second time in Sun Valley @esteraevents who planned, designed and executed the most unique and magical experience.

@tecpetaja captured it all so well, you can almost smell the crisp air in each photo.

All the vendors came together to make this day so special. Happy Anniversary Kristen & Grant! We love you 🤍
