On my 5th visit to Ghana, on Christmas Day morning at an orphanage in Accra run by an NGO 🇬🇭
We were invited to see the kids, & took them bags & bags of Clothes, art supplies, food, toiletries etc.
I also gave them 50 pairs of swim goggles (& swimwear), as they have swimming lessons - these were donated to me by @lidobristol - I just asked them one day, where does your lost property go too? They said, it doesn’t really go anywhere… so I gave them this idea & they said yes :)

The children hardly have anything, but are so happy, just like most people in Ghana. It’s such a special country, one of my favourite; loving & kind people everywhere, definetly worth a visit ❤️
We did some drumming & dancing with them after 🥁 💃

Can’t wait to visit again soon 💖

5 days of nourishment on the island.. Ibiza is ALWAYS a good idea.

Words or photos can’t describe the magic of ibiza. Im lost for words at times.. the people, the nature, the beaches, the parties, the events are on another planet.

This has been the tonic that I needed lately - when at times, it’s not been easy living in Bristol, a new city, to say the least. I’m looking forward to the change of seasons, to working on a few new projects, & hoping the flow brings me back to ibiza this winter.

@healthyfiona & @aoisetuttyjackson - thanks for being utter legends & taking me under your wing you.. wonderful, kind, special, beings 💖 ✨ by @flowstate108_

2026 vs 2011, 15 years of questionable moustaches. Happy birthday @thewbang 🥸 ❤️ 👸 by @flowstate108_

Before the training, before the certificates, before you could name what you were doing - you were already doing it.

Reading faces.

Tracking tension.

Adjusting yourself before anyone had to ask.

That is the training many healers go through that no one talks about.

That the very thing that made you skilled at this work also meant you’d been doing it, unpaid and unconscious, since you were small.

The journey for most healers at some point involves turning that gaze inward.

Not to pathologise the skill, but to ask it honestly:

What does this part of me still believe it needs to protect?

After that conversation, the room-reading doesn’t go away.

It gets more spacious.

Less urgent.

You can use it without being used by it.

That’s the difference between a skill and a nervous system strategy that outlived its original job.

We’ve only got 4 spaces left for our 8 month Facilitator Training starting in September 2026.

2025 was my toughest…
I’ve had a deep burnout for much of the year but also with some incredible soul-nourishing experiences,
Why was it hard? My ADHD taking over & feeling helpless & alone about Palestine & not having a perm base

But its ended on a high; I was hesitant to end 2025 with a silent retreat @mashyan___Im usually celebrating - but it was just what I needed, silence, no phone, just being, surrounded by nature. I would do again, but longer..
I feel more centred, & so grateful for this, & the amazing community & experiences I have had in Ericeira 🇵🇹 recently; if feels like my tribe. (I’ve had to leave to sort my visa)
I re-learnt that meditation is really the key to life.

Leaving Bristol - I had the hardest 2-years; the 1st 12 months, I dedicated my life to activism when the genocide started, I sacrificed everything to try & stop it. It was disregulating & is a thankless task, it impacted how I settled. What’s happening now will affect our kids, & only us, together can stop it🙏

I found out more about my ADHD, which I’ve had all my life, & been on elvanse, the last few yrs. It came with exhaustion, less social capacity, rejection, sadness (when not in community), I learnt about RSD (rejection sensitivity discorder), meaning I often feel rejected, but maybe that’s not what people intend. My addiction to phone has been so detrimental, I lack dopamine, & choose to look at my phone, rather than finish tasks….
Ive lost touch with many people & neglected friendships because of it.
There were moments I felt I had no purpose, like I wasn’t supposed to be here… It’s something I’m working on, with a counsellor/coach.

I spent the last 3 months in 🇵🇹 , seeing if I want to live here again. Had a beautiful month in nature @thehidept living at a co-live - reminding me how simple life can be, & what we really need - it’s community, nature, nourishing food & shelter.
Being in nature, in water & playing sports are what keep me alive - the natural endorphins flowing, feeling fit & healthy.

Had a beautiful couple of weeks in Ireland for @iamaoise & @stella_tem_ bday, seeing all the scared sites (& beaches), & so grateful to both of you 💞 (Cont. below) by @flowstate108_

Running a breathwork session, for my last night in Ericeira (I’ll be back asap)…. With food, late night chats &🥂

Ive been doing breathwork for 6-years now, & been leading a couple of sessions with friends…
I recently did a breathwork/ice bath/neuroscience training @primalmovesbcn - & this session is for an exam….

Breathwork benefits;
It’s is a great way to train the nervous system & to reset.
During the hyperventilation phase the body becomes oxygen rich which can lead to a feeling of lightheartedness, & cold extremities.
Breathwork aids emotional regulation, processing trauma & promoting relaxation by stimulating the vagus nerve

We expel the c02 from our body, meaning we can hold our breath for longer & we send blood to parts of the body that are 100% needed for survival, such as our brain.

Breathwork can quiet the pre-frontal cortex - the part of the brain responsible for logic & control.
And create an unconscious way of thinking; we stop thought patterns, we create new pathways., & go into the Limbic, emotional brain.

It can create vaso-constriction, which stimulates the vagus nerve - leading to relaxation & vasolidation. Which can
We quieten the Neo-cortex, our thinking brain - and we go into the LIMBIC brain; the emotional centre, which can release stored emotions & memories - allowing access to emotions that are usually suppressed by the pre-frontal cortex. by @flowstate108_

Portrait photos from 🇮🇪 adventures this summer, of beautiful friends, Rose & Aoise
You might not know; but I am passionate about photography, & have been for years. I’m trying something new & want to take more photos of people…
I love capturing authentic photos of people in the moment. Capturing laughter and joy, and giving people something to hold onto as a memento.

Keen to put myself out there more this autumn/winter if you need some great shots for you, or your business, pls give me a holla 💞 by @flowstate108_

The deepest 5-days training @humanwork.life thank you for challenging me!

Being in a place of greater # gratitude & self-love, more trust, surrender, resilience, reverence, integrity & open communication 🙏

The 1st pic is of one of the deepest experiences of my life: to helping a brother go through a father wound session, to flowing into my own 30 min session about my Dad (who passed when I was 14), to the end where I looked up & a mirror was there & I had to send myself love - it was such a hard experience, surrounded by 20+ people, but I’m so glad I did it, that’s what I went there to do 🙏 to be out in these spaces & face the fear.

The emotional release, the shadow work, the inner child stuff, the dancing, the boxing, the deepest sweat lodge of my life - close to 2-hours of such pain in my body & unbearable heat, to relaxing into it & not wanting to leave - to feeling so at home within myself & not feeling like I needed to connect with others after, to feel like dieing & be reborn..

I arrived from a fairly dark place; being addicted to my phone (it’s a serious thing) & constant disregulation in standing up for 🇵🇸 for 18 months (& not looking after myself) in losing the self love & gratitude, in not feeling in community in moving to Bristol almost 2 years ago - In being judged by people that don’t know me, or what I do & my deep reverence in standing up for people less fortunate than ourselves - in me putting too much emphasis on other peoples judgement, & coming into my power & being concerned less & happy with who I am.

I feel stronger, more connected, grateful & keen to explore how I can help other people reach deep down & find what traumas their emotions are linked too ❤️
Thank you 💚 ✨ by @flowstate108_

Christmas Day/eve in Ghana 🇬🇭
Thanks to my bro for a wonderful trip, so good to be back 🙏6 hour flight, no time difference, always sunny, culture & music & cheap as chips - can’t recommend Ghana enough ❤️
The contrasts of staying in a lush hotel with the flight crew certainly resonated, when seeing how normal people live in Ghana. & we tried to do as much as possible for the kids out here - visiting orphanages, & running art classes for the beach kids (previous posts). It was so humbling… can’t wait to come back & help more kids out here 🙏 by @flowstate108_
