I always love the shift in energy before vs after class ✨ by @flowwithmadeleine

That moment when you wake up from savasana and the matchas have magically appeared ✨
So much love for @stanley_herrmann 🤍 by @flowwithmadeleine

A sound bath does something most people don’t expect.

It activates the vagus nerve, the physical connection between your gut and your brain.

When that connection is stimulated, stress quietly lowers. Your body exhales.

Something shifts that you didn’t even know was held.

You don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to think your way there. You just listen. And your body does the rest.

That’s why people leave a sound bath feeling different in a way they can’t quite explain. Their body and their mind arrived at the same place at the same time.

This is what sound does. Every single time.

Have you been to a sound bath before? by @flowwithmadeleine

I am so so excited to finally share a collaboration that I have dreamed about for a long time,
with @flowwithmadeleine !!

Together, we welcome you to a mid-morning experience of movement, flowers and connection.

Beginning at 10am, guests will enjoy a traditional 45-minute Hatha Flow led by Madeleine, a grounding yet invigorating practice designed to create harmony between the mind, body and spirit through mindful movement and awareness of the breath.

Following the session, we will slow down with a guided flower jar workshop inspired by this month’s flowers In the lane colour palette of peach, violet, lavender and soft pinks. Designed to bring a little warmth, creativity and sunshine to the winter season.

Each guest will create their own floral arrangement to take home and receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag featuring some of our favourite local businesses !!
