Last call for Tulum 🌴✨ Our last trip to Mexico together, and it’s a good one. Seven days of swimming in sacred cenotes, wandering Mayan ruins, breathwork under open skies, yoga, and the kind of rest you forgot you needed. 🐢🌿 And yes… there’s a dinner where we dance on the tables. 💃🔥 (You’ll see.) This retreat is equal parts play and restoration. Deep practice by day, full-body joy by night. You’ll try different practices, notice what feels like home, and come back more awake to your own life. 📅 Nov 16–22, 2026 🌊 Breathwork • Yoga • Cenotes • Ruins • Table dancing We leave in less than 3 weeks. If your body just said yes, say you’ll be there!! 👉 DM us or tap the link in bio to grab your spot. #TulumRetreat #BreathworkRetreat #YogaRetreat #FlowGTX #PlayAndRestore by @flowyoga_georgetown

Sacred Circle is coming 🚨 Mark your calendars for Sunday, November 1st, from 2:30–4:30pm at Flow Yoga Georgetown @flowyoga_georgetown. Sacred Circle: The Truth with @tyleepersonett This two-hour Sacred Circle will include movement, guided self-reflection, conversation, and time to simply be with yourself and with the people in the room. We’ll explore the truths we carry in our bodies, the stories we use to make sense of them, and what it looks like to listen without immediately trying to change, fix, or figure everything out. You do not need to have an answer. You do not need to share anything you’d rather keep to yourself. Come as you are. We’ll make some space to listen, tell ourselves the truth, and see what happens when we actually let that be enough. Register through my bio link 🫶🏾✨️ by @flowyoga_georgetown
Music of the Spheres 🪐 Saturday, Oct 17 · 6:30–8pm A cosmic sound bath tuned to the actual planets! Based on the Cosmic Octave, each planet’s orbit has its own frequency. We’ll play those notes live on sound healing instruments, so you’re literally resting in the vibration of Saturn, Jupiter, Venus and the rest. Along the way you’ll learn which planet connects to which chakra. Wear something cozy, bring your favorite blanket, and bring your bestie. by @flowyoga_georgetown
More Flexibility + Mobility on the schedule! Mondays at 10:30am and Tuesdays at 5:30pm are joining the lineup! Come move with me! Swipe to see the art I made first…and turned it into the announcement 🎨 by @flowyoga_georgetown
