Happy #halloween 🎃🎃. Some quick after class #chains fun from last night at my 💕 @xpoleacademy More #allhallowseve shenanigans coming for the next two days #aerialarts #poleart by @flyinghellcat

After supporting at the shoots at the wonderful @xpoleacademy I had the chance to shoot with the amazing @jodandridgephotography and do some shoots without any aerial equipment. Had a blast! We were going for arty over perfection! #ballet #pointe #aerialarts #pole #photoshoot by @flyinghellcat

A very spinny thing we did in last weeks classes and the students loved it. Really enjoyed how fast I was spinning in this one @palacestudio._ . #spin #spinpole #poleart #poleinstructor #pd by @flyinghellcat

Another week of back to ballet and pointe, starter edition. Trying to get those feet stronger and to move through #pointe and #demipointe with the feet together at the same damn time. Had on the #bloch split sole pointe shoes on this week which were lovely, but I’m a #gaynorminden gal through and through. With my fave @balletjo73 @goddardsdanceschool #ballet by @flyinghellcat

One arm spin practice for the babes in classes weekend. Probably some of the best I have done but I could definitely tidy up that end. Pole in Levi’s @palacestudio._ is a vibe #pole #spinpole #spinnypole #pd #aerial by @flyinghellcat

And the ballet/pointe journey continues. I’m not going to lie, I am SHIT and right at the beginning end of both #pointe and #ballet in general because it has been over 20 years since I was doing it all. But that is all part of the fun and the journey, arms horrendous because I’m too busy concentrating on what my feet are doing, forgetting what I’m doing, no coordination, the list goes on. Hats off to @goddardsdanceschool for dealing with my swearing (end clip shows what most of class is like for me and has the sound on). #pointeshoes #beginnerballet #dance by @flyinghellcat
