**VOLUME UP - it just hits different**

This @fmgshows_italy shoot with @kfitzneverquits puts the GLAMOUR in F.itness M.uscle. G.lamour

Because not every photo needs to be about flexing a muscle.

Sometimes we wander the streets of Italy in a flying red dress after dark, find architecture that looks like it belongs in a movie, throw a ridiculous amount of fabric into the air…...and make ART.

Because YOU are a work of art.

This is what I love about destination shoots. The location becomes part of the photograph. We aren't just documenting what you look — we're taking that physique you've worked so damn hard for and creating something EXTRAORDINARY.

Something you hang on a wall.
Something that doesn't look like everyone else's photos.
Something that makes you say, “Holy shit… that's ME.”

And now there’s ONE stop left for The Fit Photographer in 2026.....

🇲🇽 FMG MEXICO 🇲🇽

My Exclusive Location Guide contains places that have the potential to create imagery every bit as incredible as this.

So if you're coming to Mexico and you've been thinking about shooting with me…

Don't just pack your fitness looks.

Bring me the dress.
Bring me the drama.
Bring me the idea you think might be “too much.”

There is no such thing as too much.

Fitness. Muscle. GLAMOUR.

SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT!

Thank you to Yana to assisting me at this amazing shoot in Old Town Rimini! by @fmgshows_italy

Reminiscing about Old Town Rimini with my golden girls 🔒

This wouldn’t have been possible without @fmgshows offering international shows to travel to, which makes competing an experience beyond stepping on stage. @fmgshows_italy was a memory that will last a lifetime 🫶🏼

Next stops: ______ & Australia 👀 by @fmgshows_italy

We were lucky enough to be joined by the inspiring FMG bikini pro champion & founder of @mycompprep @heidi_fmgpro on this week’s episode of The Comp Closet podcast. Heidi shares insights from her journey in bodybuilding, the unexpected challenges of competing in your 40s and the importance of transparency in coaching.

WEEK 5 | LEARNING TO SAY NO

Five weeks into prep.

⚖️ Weight: 108.7 kg
📏 Waist: 104 cm

From the start:
⬇️ 7.9 kg
⬇️ 6 cm from my waist

By this point I was genuinely loving the journey.

I could see the changes happening, I was in a good headspace, and probably one of the biggest changes wasn’t actually happening to my physique.

It was happening in the way I approached things.

I’d gone from being someone who would often say yes to things and then try to make everything else fit around them… to being comfortable saying no because I’d made a commitment to myself.

And I was proud of that.

The hardest part at this stage wasn’t the diet or motivation. It was simply finding enough hours in the day.

Training, meals, work, life… and then trying to get a huge amount of steps done on top of everything else. 😂

Some days it felt like my entire day was being planned around getting those bloody steps in.

But I stopped looking for excuses.

I’d made the decision to do this, so it was my responsibility to find a way to make it work.

Looking back, that’s probably one of the biggest things prep gave me.

Accountability.

Learning that saying no to something isn’t always missing out.

Sometimes you’re just saying yes to something you’ve decided matters more.

Week 5.
108.7 kg. 104 cm. And the momentum was building. 💪

This comment caught me by surprise.

To have a fellow pro mention that MY posing is the standard others are being held to - is something I am truly honoured to hear… and don’t take lightly.

As an athlete and posing coach of over 12 years, with over 20 years experience on stage, I’ve devoted the best part of my adult life to this. When people ask me “who are you” one of my first answers is “Miss Kristina, a posing coach”.

I don’t actually say professional bodybuilder, I say posing coach. Because this is my love, my passion, my calling. I love sharing this with so many others. I love helping them unlock their best, and learn to own the stage.

So this, this comment will stay with me forever ❤️ Thank you @vanessa_fmg_pro 🙏🏽

This industry can be tough, but complimenting and recognising someone else can truly make all the difference. So this is your reminder to do that today! Tag them in the comments 👇

One incredible journey to stage.

When @kfitzneverquits first came to me after her FMG Mexico show, the feedback was about posing. But as we worked together, it became clear that this journey was about so much more than perfecting transitions or refining shapes.

It was about confidence.

Every Sunday, Kristin showed up ready to learn. We worked through mobility challenges, adapted poses to suit her body, and built a style that felt authentic to her—one she could execute with confidence, elegance and a little bit of flair.

At 52 years young, she proved that growth has no age limit.

Watching her step onto the @fmgshows_italy stage in the 45+ Bikini division and improve from her previous placing to finish with an incredible second place was such a proud moment. Not because of the trophy, but because I know just how much work sits behind that result.

Kristin, you are one of the hardest workers I know. You never looked for shortcuts, never complained when something was difficult, and never stopped striving to be better than you were the week before. That mindset is what makes you so special.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. It has been an absolute privilege spending these Sundays together, and I can’t wait to see where this path takes us next. I have no doubt your best is still to come.

A huge congratulations as well to your coach, @michellemacdonaldofficial and the Wonder Women team. It’s always a pleasure working alongside coaches who care so deeply about their athletes, have such a depth of experience, and collaborate to bring the very best to the stage.

Here’s to the next chapter, Kristin. We’re only just getting started. 🤍🏆

22 weeks.
Starting a little bigger than we wanted and expected.
Countless early mornings.
Every meal weighed.
Every cardio session done.
Every excuse left behind.

Total 20kg gone.
Chest: 96cm → 88cm
Waist: 88cm → 69cm
Hips: 115cm → 96cm
Thighs: 67cm → 57cm

I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come and what I achieved, completely beating my last package in 2023 by approx 5kg, which was the most important thing for me.

Now, it’s time to get to work and plan the next goal! 🏆
