✨ Life is not meant to be lived alone ✨

Reflecting on the launch of my new book The PRO Method, one thing stands out - the power of community.

We are so much stronger when we‘re together - sharing our stories, reaching out for support, giving our time to listen, a hug, an encouraging word, a supportive post, one connection that could change everything.

That’s what has always been at the heart of Rosie’s Reinvention Retreats and now The PRO Method.

We are not meant to merely survive alone; we are meant to thrive together.

There’s plenty going on in this community - sign ip to a retreat or subscribe in my bio - we’d love to welcome you!

We’ve been busy…

1,892 miles busy!!

We ended a chaotic week last night with a bang! Filming for @itv ?! Hellooo! What an incredible night for entrepreneurship

We’d also spent 2 wonderful days with the lovely @rosiejnixon and @socialise.media 🫶🏼

Filmed and photographed the top 10 fastest growing business with @febegrowth100 🤩

And also managed to make a quick trip to Inverness to film with @gymking @rossedgley @stoltmanbrothers where we had the lovely experience of trying smelling salts 😅🤣

Here’s to the next week! by @focalpointstudiouk

Our first FEBE x @itv Ignite event and WOW what a night! 🤩

Thank you to all of our INCREDIBLE panel, Julian, Rohini, Arjun, Bethan, Pip, Kate & Helen, you guys are truly an inspiration to us all ⭐️

& of course a HUGE thank you to our FEBE gang, WE LOVE YOU!

I think it’s safe to say that @thismorning would be a little more chaotic with the FEBE gang as guests 🤭

We have wrapped the best two days of filming for my secret Pro Method Masterclass project!

I am so excited because I know from personal experience that this is something deeply needed and transformative. Meaningful change in your career, business and wellbeing doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a process and it takes time. Coaching can be transformative if you find the right person to support you on that journey. My hope is that you find that solution with me. 💗

This has been two years in the making and I’m just so excited and proud. My hope is that this will be the coaching hub thousands of midlife women have been looking for to make sustainable, positive changes in their lives.

It’s been an absolute dream filming with the best team @socialise.media and so much support from @allyoliverjourno and @ruthkudzi in the run up.

We’ll be busy editing and getting things set up now, ahead of the big reveal and launch later this summer.

Comment COACH if you’d like to be added to the wait list.

Stay tuned 👀

📣 NEWS! 📣

I’m filming again today for a really exciting new project. We’re bringing The PRO Method and Rosie’s Reinvention Retreats energy and coaching to you, wherever you are… The workplace has fundamentally changed and midlife women are finding it challenging to know where we fit. Many of us want out. Many of us can’t get back in. MOST of us want to work and earn a good income on our own terms. The PRO Method has been designed to support you.

Stay tuned. More to come, I can’t wait to share this with you! 👀

Can’t believe it’s been 2 years already! Mad to think what can happen in that time - even a year! Celebrated our 1st year as a team of two and now we have a team of 4!

Here’s to another year of FPS! by @focalpointstudiouk

With 2025 coming to an end, here’s a look back at one of our fave shoots! The rebrand for @d.louise !!

We shot a 4 part social series, story telling the whole meaning behind the rebrand by @focalpointstudiouk

Product shoot testing!

Are you a product based business? Have you got any products you would like to have filmed/photographed for FREE?

This is currently an avenue we would like to improve in so helping you is helping us!
