The world is watching people play.

Playing isn’t just for children. It can be how we connect. How we move. How we laugh. How we find ourselves again.

This week, let the World Cup be a reminder that movement doesn’t always have to be a workout. It can connect us in so many ways.

Whether you kick the ball, dance in the kitchen, chase your kids, or travel somewhere new, playing is a privilege. Do it because it feels good. Do it because it makes you feel free. Do it alone, or play with others.

Look how playing connects us all. That’s what it’s all about. ⚽✨

💌Message me if you’re looking for help and inspiration booking your next trip. (Psst: it’s free…)

I have so much I want to share about my recent experience with @iamfit4travel, but first… a moment for Portugal’s Algarve. 🙌✨

Wellness comes in many forms. For me, travel is one sure way to get it.

Do what lights you up. Share it with others. Take a risk. Go on that trip you’re daydreaming about. Better yet — make it possible for others!

Do you want to organize a wellness retreat but feel frozen by all the logistics of planning it? That’s @iamfit4travel specialty. Let me know if you’d like an introduction to learn more. It doesn’t hurt to ask…

You need this. Trust me.

Do you journal?

Whether you’re working on manifestation, on processing your thoughts, on setting new goals, or just clearing your head, there’s nothing like putting pen to paper. 📝

Try this daily journal prompt:
1) List 8 things you’re grateful for
2) Write 3 statements that begin with “I am…”They can reflect where you are now or a reality in which you want to exist. But write it like you’re already there. It is already yours. Feel it.
3) Finish with 3 thank you’s

Sometimes wellness is just finding a moment to feel and to be. Acknowledge gratitude and get in touch with what is really in you. What do you feel? What is your truth?

I do this daily and it brings me so much joy.

Are you ready to give it a try?
Do you have a different journal prompt you like?

Share them below!

and remember: It’s never too late to start journaling.

If you’re thirsty, you’re probably already dehydrated.

Did you know even mild dehydration can affect your mood, focus, and energy? Thirst is your body’s way of signaling that it’s already running low on fluids.

From joint health to brain function, staying hydrated is essential for whole-body wellness.

✨ Pro tip: hydration isn’t just about plain water. Fruits like watermelon veggies like cucumbers can all contribute.

🌍 Whether you’re training, traveling, or just living your day-to-day life, your body performs best when it’s hydrated.

I’m always drinking water💦… are you?

➡️ Save this for your next reminder to refill your glass.

#summer by @followtheola

August is a special month. ✨

It’s summer’s exhale after a deep inhale.
It’s warm days that slowly drift into cooler nights.
It’s swimming pools and fireflies.
It’s grilling with family, drinks al fresco with friends and living life to its fullest before you return to school or work.

It’s the perfect time to squeeze in any self-care you’ve been meaning to give yourself.

It’s a time for meaningful travel and trying out new wellness rituals.

It’s still summer. But, barely...

August is the perfect month to pause, recharge, and immerse yourself fully in the beauty of new place.

If you’re ready to squeeze in one last little getaway, I can help you make that happen.

Email me at rachel.tavel@fora.travel or DM me, and I’ll share details about the last-minute trips I can help make yours.

And remember: Luxury doesn’t have to mean the most expensive places. It’s about the little things. Even a weekend getaway near home or staycation at a nice hotel with a pool can do the trick.

I’ve got deals to share, and special VIP access I want to give you. Let’s celebrate August properly.

You deserve it. 🩵
