Food is such a big part of my travels. As a vegetarian, I have always aimed to enjoy the local food as much as possible and not consider it as a restriction. And for my group trip, I wanted to do exactly the same.

Spain has plenty of veggie options that might surprise you.

How many of you are vegetarians struggling to find good local food abroad ? Comment below!

The ultimate companion to pasta...not Parmigiano, but Pecorino Romano!

What's the difference we hear you cry... well firstly Pecorino Romano is not made from cow's milk, unlike Parmigiano and secondly it must be made exclusively in Sardinia, Lazio, or the Tuscan Province of Grosseto

It's the essential ingredient in iconic Roman dishes like Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, and Amatriciana. So next time you're in Rome, make sure it's Pecorino on your pasta (though to be honest it probably will be!)
