A hot cup of cafe style Vanilla coffee Latte by @ryzesuperfoods with a dash of cinnamon is just what you need on crisp autumn morning for that warmth and joy . Check out all the flavors.

As the weather is getting cooler a simple mushroom soup paired with garlic bread is just what I need for my dinner. I garnished the soup with fried beetroot juliennes. Mushrooms fried with minced garlic and onions then set aside . In the same pan add butter and some flour until light brown then slowly add stock or water then add the mushrooms, season it with salt and pepper and enjoy.

🥣🤍🍲🤍🥣🍲🤍🥣🍲🤍🥣🍲

Nothing says comfort quite like a warm bowl of soup! 🥣❤️ Whether it’s hearty, creamy, or simply soothing, there’s nothing better than cozy comfort in every spoonful. 🍲

Pumpernickel is a dark, dense, and slightly sweet rye bread that originated in Germany . Traditionally made with rye flour but I mixed rye flour and whole wheat flour and instead of sour dough starter (which I did not have) I used yeast, molasses and cocoa powder to achieve its dark color. Used some spooky cutters to make the impression. This is my favorite bread esp@in this season.

A little spooky, a little cozy, and a whole lot of delicious! 🎃👻🍂

Nariyal Laddu. Narkeler Naru, Naralache Ladoo,, Topra Na Ladu, Thengai Laddu,, Kobbari Laddu, Kobbari Unde, Thenga Laddu, Nadia Ladu, Nariyal De Laddu … same sweet different name. Coconut sweet balls in English.
This is such a popular sweet made in festivals all over India . It’s delicious and such a favorite. For me I make it very often during festivals. Three simple ingredients and ready in minutes. Grated coconut, sugar and milk . You can add milk powder as well to make it extra creamy. If you’re looking for something quick this festive season this is the dessert you can quickly make .

Almond and oat flour streusel coffee cake flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg and topped with pecans to add crunch on the top. This cake is everything a fall bake should have. Streusel came from Germany which means something scattered or sprinkled. The mixture is being used as a crumbly topping on pies, coffee cakes, muffins and crumbles. I enjoyed this with a cup of black coffee and it was just delightful.

Happy Durga Puja and Happy Navratri to everyone who is celebrating 🙏🏼🌺🪷🌹. May Goddess bless everyone with happiness, health, peace and love.
Not a Bengali but grew up with Bengali friends and neighbors. My memory of going to pandal, celebrating and Bhog is unforgettable and cherished and I miss celebrating festival in India . The whole environment is divine and joyful. I love the food and being a vegetarian I made some of my Puja favorites here in this spread. All food here has no onion and no garlic .

In frame is
Bhog Khichuri (skinned green lentils & rice savory porridge)
Tomato khejur chutney (Tomato & dates chutney)
Begun Bhaja (shallow fried spiced eggplant)
Chorchori or Charchari (mix vegetables)
Doi Potol (pointed gourd in yogurt)
Aloo Dum (spiced potato gravy)
Koraishutir Kochuri (peas filled deep fried flat bread)
Rosogolla (sweet and syrupy cottage cheese balls) - store bought.

Except Rosogolla everything else is homemade.

Happy fifth day of Navratri 🌺🌺🌺..
Panchamrit Gulab Jamun Cake … inspired by Indian desserts Gulab Jamun , Rabadi and divine offering of Panchamrit. These sweets are being made on mostly all the occasions and festivals in India. We had Bhagwan Satyanarayan pooja at home for divine blessings 🙏🏼🙏🏼.. apart from other Satwik food and desserts this fusion eggless cake was made to celebrate 10 years of our humble abode. Panchamrit is offered to God during this pooja so I used all the ingredients which is being used to make that prasad (offering)in this cake with Gulab jamun pieces, semolina, saffron , cardamom powder . Then topped it with creamy Rabdi and chopped nuts like pistachios, almond and cashews. More Gulab jamun pieces goes on top for decoration and this Indian sweets inspired dessert was
ready .
