If you haven’t set up an appointment for photos with @pawshportraitscarmel , what are you waiting for? This setup won’t be around much longer by @foreversundaydesigns
Every aspect of these flowers is handmade. All parts of the cutting, shading, and assembly. Which is great news for any one wanting to create a custom setup. 🏴‍☠️ A PIRATE’S LIFE FOR ADAM! ⚓️ One of my favorite things about planning birthdays for our littles is capturing exactly who they are at that age — their little personalities, their imaginations, and whatever it is they’re completely obsessed with at that moment in time. Because those little phases? They go by so fast. ❤️ I’m now a mom of teens and tweens, and life looks a little different these days. Sometimes I really miss the days of Paw Patrol, Sofia the First, and all those magical little worlds they couldn’t get enough of. Maybe that’s why I love creating these celebrations so much. It’s a chance to bring a child’s imagination to life, even if just for an afternoon. And for Adam’s 4th birthday, that meant PIRATES! 🏴‍☠️ A ballroom transformed into a pirate adventure, an oversized balloon wave, treasure maps, pirate flags, and a soundtrack that made the whole room come alive! Then came the best surprise of all… a pirate appeared to lead our little crew on a treasure hunt! Swords in hand, they followed clues, searched high and low, and finally discovered their treasure. ⚔️💰 Watching their excitement was priceless. Because one day, pirates might not be quite as cool anymore. But for this one afternoon, they were EVERYTHING. Happy 4th Birthday, Adam! ❤️ I truly love watching you grow, seeing what captures your imagination each year, and getting to bring a little piece of that magic to life. Here’s to celebrating every little chapter while it’s still their favorite story. ✨ THE CREW BEHIND THE MAGIC ✨ Design, Planning, Styling, Pirate Decor & Kids Rentals @misspartymama 🏟 Venue & Incredible Service @tpc_monterey 📸 Event Photography @agnessphoto 🎈 Oversized Wave Balloon Installation @poptopia.balloons 🎨 Live Pirate Storytelling & Event Art @artandhoneybee 🏴‍☠️ Custom Pirate Props, Flags & Backdrops @foreversundaydesigns 🏰 White Bounce House with Slide @cruzbouncecastles 🎉 Life-Size Pirate Ship Bounce House @letspartysalinas 🍖 BBQ Catering @kleinfeldtfamilybbq ⚓️ Miscellaneous Event Props & Set @gatherandgrazeplatters MISS PARTY MAMA — THE ART OF CELEBRATING #MissPartyMama #PirateBirthday #FourthBirthday #TheArtOfCelebrating by @foreversundaydesigns
🏴‍☠️ AHOY, MATEYS! A PIRATE ADVENTURE AWAITS! ⚓️ A pirate’s life FOUR our birthday boy! 🏴‍☠️ We brought the high seas to life with pirate ships, treasure maps, skulls & crossbones, and a whole lot of adventure! And what’s a pirate party without Captain Jack Sparrow himself?! ☠️ Our very own Jack Sparrow led the little pirates on an epic treasure hunt, following maps, collecting clues, and searching high and low until they finally discovered the hidden treasure! 🗺️💰 From pirate ship bounce houses to the treasure hunt adventure, every detail was designed to make this 4th birthday one unforgettable voyage! We even had our own Pirate Artist capture the day and all the Pirate painting wishes. Yo Ho Ho! A tiny world somewhere between a garden party and a storybook. Softly nostalgic, a little theatrical, and full of playful details that made the whole afternoon feel beautifully unreal. Think woodland textures, miniature treasures, whimsical bites and just enough magic to make the grown-ups want to stay too. by @foreversundaydesigns
Coastal Cowgirl 🤍🤠🌊 Since it’s officially cowgirl week around here, it only feels right to keep it going with one of my very favorite celebrations — my daughter’s 10th birthday. A little less western, a little more coastal… Coastal Cowgirl was the perfect way to celebrate double digits. ✨ Cowgirl hats, denim, soft neutrals, ocean air, balloons and all of her favorite girls together. There’s something extra special about getting to dream up a party for your own girl — especially for a milestone like TEN. And these photos… I’ll treasure them forever. Happy 10th birthday to my girl. Forever my favorite reason to celebrate. 🤎 The team behind the magic ✨ @agnessphoto @foreversundaydesigns @poptopia.balloons @seashackcandyco @visitasilomar @misspartymama #CoastalCowgirl #misspartymama #CowgirlBirthday #10thBirthday #kidsbirthdayparty by @foreversundaydesigns
Behind every beautiful party is a whole lot wonderful people. 🤎🤠🐮 Planning, prepping, creating, carrying, decorating and attention to every tiny detail went into making this cowgirl birthday party come to life. From the bandanas and personalized touches to the sweetest little cows — every detail was made with so much love. A HUGE thank you to all the amazing people who worked so hard to bring this vision together. You didn’t just help create a party… you helped create a memory we’ll never forget. 🐮🎀🤎 The setup may take hours, but seeing her face when it all came together made every single minute worth it. ✨ #CowgirlBirthday #WesternBirthday #CowgirlParty by @foreversundaydesigns
My girl turned 10 on June 7th 😅, and we celebrated the only way that felt right — Viki’s Ranch style! 🤎🐮 Mini cows, personalized slider buns, bandanas hanging everywhere, cowboy hats, boots, balloons, and all the little western details that made her day feel completely hers. Watching her with those adorable mini cows was definitely the highlight. 🥹 Chapter 10 officially started at the ranch! 🤠✨ #VikisRanch #10thBirthday #CowgirlBirthday by @foreversundaydesigns
🍅🇮🇹 FESTA ITALIANA🇮🇹🍅 A Birthday in La Dolce Vita 🇮🇹🍒 A little Italian escape, styled entirely around a dream. For this celebration, we brought Festa Italiana to life with a vibrant palette of tomato red, creamy white, gingham, natural wicker, rustic wood, and the sweetest Italian-inspired details. 🍅🍒🇮🇹 Every corner was designed to feel like a charming Italian summer afternoon ! From the wicker baskets to the overflowing cherry details, striped linens, rustic picnic touches, vintage-inspired shelving, and the most beautiful Italian-style food moments. The tablescape became the heart of the celebration, layered with red gingham, fresh bread, tomatoes, cherries, cheeses, and beautiful florals that felt collected from a little countryside market in Italy. 🍅🥖🍒 I’m beyond grateful for the incredible florist, who always understands my vision and somehow takes it even further! You don’t just create florals… you create a feeling. @fancypansyartdesign A special grazie mille to Forever Design for creating these incredible oversized pasta details! 🍝🇮🇹 They were the perfect statement pieces for our Festa Italiana @foreversundaydesigns Because for me, event planning is about more than decorating a space. It’s about creating a feeling. That is my signature. The unexpected details. The little moments that make guests stop and look twice. And most importantly… creating celebrations that feel uniquely theirs. ❤️ This one was Festa Italiana meets birthday magic, and I loved every delicious, colorful detail of it. 🇮🇹🍒✨ This is what I do. I design it. I style it. I make the magic happen. Celebrate Life. Create Memories. Design Beauty. Ciao Bella, She’s 10! 🍓 This celebration was all about bringing a little taste of Italy to life, with a playful, elevated twist designed especially for a birthday girl who requested red and all things beautiful. I wanted every corner to feel intentional. From the red and white gingham table runners and woven textures to the fresh tomatoes, cherries, strawberries, pasta, and rustic bread details woven throughout the design. 🍅🍒🍓🥖 The tablescape became its own little Italian story! Beautiful florals with fruit, pasta displayed as part of the décor, bread details, and charming touches that made the table feel like a summer afternoon in Italy. And then came the fun! Pizza made fresh in the oven, pasta, the girls’ favorite Shirley Temples, a flower bar where each girl could create her own bouquet, and a jumping house for endless fun. And a special thank you to the incredibly talented florist who brought my vision to another level and turning it into art @fancypansyartdesign . I’m so grateful for your talent and for the magic you brought to this celebration. ❤️ Behind every beautiful party is a vision, a mood, a million little details, and a whole lot of love. This is the part of event design I love most ✨taking a birthday girl’s wishes and turning them into a complete experience that feels personal, joyful, and unforgettable✨ Because at The Party Señorita, I’m all about the details. ✨ Event Planning & Design | The Party Señorita Florist: @fancypansyartdesign Photographer: @agnessphoto Bar : @craftcollectiveevents Pizza: @panchos_craft_pizza Jumping house : @bounce.bayarea Cake & mini cakes : @got_cakes_and_bakes Marque number 10: @foreversundaydesigns Jumbo red Ballons & draping: @events_by_alba Kids table & Chairs : @tablesandstyles Vintage Rentals: @foragevintagerental #LaDolceVita #ItalianInspiredParty #10thBirthday #PartyDesigner #LuxuryKidsParty by @foreversundaydesigns
