It’s been a month since The Forge Conference, and we’re still smiling. 💙

From the very first moment to the final goodbye, every part of the day was a reminder of what happens when purpose, growth, and community come together.

To every speaker, partner, volunteer, attendee, and everyone who played a part—thank you. Thank you for showing up, believing in the vision, and making this year unforgettable.

The impact lives on, and we’re grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every life that was touched.

A special thank you to our keynote speaker, @the_olushola for the immense value you shared. The conversations, insights, and lessons from that session are still with us—and we don’t think we’ll recover from it anytime soon. 🙌

Until next time… thank you for being part of the story. 👋❤️ by @forge_conference

Fasemi Taiwo took the stage and delivered a powerful spoken word performance, and it was truly an awesome experience.

With a compelling message centered on Beyond Skill: Growth, Grit, and Purpose, he challenged and inspired everyone in attendance to look beyond talent alone and embrace the journey of personal development, resilience, and intentional living.

Her words resonated deeply, leaving the audience encouraged to pursue growth, stay committed through challenges, and live with purpose.

Thank you, Fasemi Taiwo, for such an impactful and memorable presentation. ❤️🔥 by @forge_conference

Meet some of the amazing volunteers who gave their time, energy, and hearts to make The Forge Conference 2026 a reality.

This conference would not have been possible without them.

It wasn’t all sessions and note-taking—we made time for fun too. 🎉

From games to laughter, conversations, and new connections, the atmosphere was filled with energy and excitement.

Old friends reconnected, new friendships were formed, and strangers became part of a growing community.

The smiles said it all.

The Forge Conference wasn’t just a place to learn; it was a place to connect, belong, and create lasting memories. 🔥 by @forge_conference

One of the highlights of the conference was our panel session—and it was nothing short of excellence.

Our panelists shared their experiences and insights on the topic, Beyond Skill: What Makes People valuable in Tech.

The conversation went far beyond technical abilities. We explored character, consistency, relationships, communication, resilience, leadership, and the qualities that truly set people apart.

It was honest, practical, and deeply insightful.

An eye-opening session that challenged many of our assumptions and expanded our perspective on what it takes to succeed.

This is one conversation we won’t recover from anytime soon. 🔥 by @forge_conference

The conversation didn’t end with the keynote.

PSho answered questions, provide clarity, and help us navigate some of the thoughts and ideas that had been stirred throughout the sessions.

What followed was an honest and insightful conversation—one that left us with more direction, more conviction, and a clearer understanding of the journey ahead.

It was indeed a swell time.

We came with expectations, and we left transformed.

We have not remained the same. 🔥 by @forge_conference

Then came our keynote speaker, Olushola Olaleye.

He didn’t just give a speech—he spoke from his heart.

With wisdom drawn from experience, authenticity, and a genuine desire to see others win, he challenged us to think bigger, grow deeper, and pursue purpose with conviction.

Some sessions inform. Others transform.

This was one we will never be the same from.

Thank you, Olushola Olaleye, for being a blessing that keeps on giving. 🔥 by @forge_conference

Next, Engineer Adekanmi Adewara took the stage and delivered a powerful session on Beyond Skill: Growth, Grit & Purpose.

Drawing from his experience and insights, he introduced us to the 5 Cs Beyond Skill, reminding us that success is about much more than technical competence.

One lesson stood out clearly: the journey may be tough right now, the path may seem uncertain, but if you keep showing up, keep learning, and keep moving forward, there is still a shining light at the end of the tunnel.

A timely reminder that persistence often bridges the gap between where we are and where we’re meant to be. 🔥 by @forge_conference

Then our Convener, Nifemi, took the stage and set the tone for the day with a powerful charge on the theme, Beyond Skill: Growth, Grit & Purpose.

Skill may bring you into the room, but it takes more than skill to thrive.

Growth is becoming a better version of yourself than you were yesterday.

Grit is the ability to keep showing up, keep learning, and keep going again and again, even when it’s difficult.

Purpose is having a compelling reason behind everything you do.

It was more than an opening session—it was a call to intentional living.

An experience we will never recover from. 🔥 by @forge_conference
