A little update on our Timetable 🖤 After a lot of thought, we’ve made the very hard decision to cancel our open gym 😔 Unfortunately it just hasn’t seen the interest needed to keep it running sustainably, and as much as we wish that wasn’t the case, we have to make decisions that keep this space viable for the long run. If open gym was part of your routine, we’re especially sorry for the disruption, please reach out to us directly if you’re interested in a special offer we have available for you 🫶 On another note, a couple of changes on the Pilates schedule too 🫶👉 Thank you for being part of this space and for trusting us as we keep shaping it into somewhere that genuinely works for our community. As always, if you’ve got questions or feedback, our door (and DMs) are always open 🖤 🌙 Our Wednesday evening class is getting a refresh, now running from 5:30pm, 45 minutes of abs and booty with BALANCE Sculpt 🌺 We’re also adding an Evolve class to Saturday mornings, a lovely way to power into the weekend 🤍 by @formfitclub

This is why you never have to choose just ONE way to move 👏 Strength training + Pilates aren’t competing workouts! They actually complement each other REALLY well 🔥 🏋️ Strength training helps build muscle, improve bone density, increase your capacity to produce force and makes you stronger for everyday life. ✨ Pilates builds strength too, but with a huge focus on control, stability, coordination, balance and moving well through your available range of motion. And when you combine them? That’s where the magic happens ✨ The strength you build in the gym gives you more capacity and power in your Pilates practice. The control, stability and body awareness you build in Pilates can help you move with better technique and intention when you’re lifting. Strong AND mobile. Powerful AND controlled. You don’t have to be a “Pilates girl” or a “gym girl”. You can lift heavy on Monday and be shaking over a pair of 1kg hand weights on Tuesday 😮‍💨😂 That’s exactly why we created Balance X FORM 😍 so our members have access to different ways of moving their bodies, all under one membership. Because the best way to train isn’t choosing one thing forever. It’s building a body that can do lots of things well ❤️‍🔥 by @formfitclub
