Recovered/misdiagnosed (?) FeLV rescue kitty from Miami (Silvester aka Silvie). Now an LA birdwatcher with a big little rescue sister (Panther) 😻

Meet Polenta, our new foster from @wagsandwalks! Found as a stray, she is a 3yo pug/daschund mix who loves snuggles, sniffing, and sticking her head through any and every fence to see what’s good. This chismosa Underbite Queen is full of love to give. She also refuses to be ignored, ie don’t leave her alone for too long — she’ll let you know when you’ve disappeared for too long! She does well with other dogs, is iffy with the resident cats, and hates squirrels. If you’re looking for a squishy face and constant companion, she is such a joy to have at home ❤️

Jackson is off to his next chapter with the rescue to work on his leash skills. He’s the goodest boy, just not when he sees another dog. With that face and spunky personality, he’ll find the perfect forever family soon ❤️🙏🏻 If you are looking for some main character energy who gives the best hugs, Jackson might be the missing piece in your family. We miss him already but are so glad we could be part of his journey 🥹

He just escalated to two paws I can’t move 😩🥹 by @fosterfailure305

I need to walk the foster puppy but Silvie just put his paw in my hand 🥹 by @fosterfailure305

Wondering how Silvie and Panther are doing with foster puppy Jackson? Silvie always seems ready to play with dogs. Panther will slowly, maybe begrudgingly accept their presence and eventually be curious. This is way better than the constant hissing that happened with my previous foster kittens. Silvie and Panther don’t appreciate getting barked at, which Jackson is still learning not to do when not in my arms. He probably would prefer to be the one and only pet, although I’m hopeful he’ll be able to coexist in the same room with them before he goes…! 🤞🏻 by @fosterfailure305

New foster alert! Jackson is shy but wants so badly to love on you. He took to me immediately but barked out of fear when my boyfriend came home. With some patience and a lot of affection, he’s become comfortable with us both. Outside, he is excited to explore - until he spots a strange dog, person or sound and asks me to pick him up, like you see in one picture. We are trying to make him more confident by showing him new sights and experiences every day without overwhelming him too quickly. He is fully housebroken, easy to walk on leash, crate-trained, and respectful when you’re eating! If you ever wanted unconditional love and could provide a quiet home, Jackson has so much of it to give. He wants to just stay in your arms. Apply to adopt Jackson with @wagsandwalks ❤️🐾

Adopt don’t shop this Black Friday! Sasquatch is still adoptable through @wagsandwalks #losangeles. I’m sure he’ll get snatched up quickly but want him to go to a good home. He is all of 9 weeks old, so will need adopters with time to spend with him and ideally other playful dogs that will understand how to be gentle with this tiny little chihuahua mix.

He has learned to live peacefully with Silvie & Panther (my cats), but doesn’t understand why they won’t play more. For their part, Silvie & Panther LOVE to watch him…Silvie tries to play a little, but they are still learning interspecies and inter-age play styles 😺 by @fosterfailure305

Meet our foster puppy, Sasquatch! Turns out Silvie & Panther (our cats), prefer dogs over other cats. So, I fostered Sasquatch and his even tinier brother Godzilla, for the last 2 weeks. Godzilla got adopted on Wednesday, so Sasquatch is now learning how to play by himself. Luckily, he found another puppy to play with 🥰 Sasquatch is still available for adoption through @wagsandwalks #losangeles by @fosterfailure305

Met Momma today! She’s SO little and seems so young - hard to believe she’s had a litter already! Thank you to the kind people who found them and kept them safe. She is with her new foster now while she waits for her furever home. If you’re looking for a sweetie pie for your family, Momma is available! by @fosterfailure305

Hangin with Mr Cooper today! We think Panther’s new friend is a Cooper’s hawk?

I’m happy to report that Ginger (featured here) and Biscuit were ADOPTED together a few weeks ago from Crumbs & Whiskers 🥰🥰🥳🥳❤️❤️ I don’t know much, but I’m sure they’re happy to have a family they can call their own!

Here’s one of the large stockpile of videos I have that never got posted, but better late than never! 😁

It’s full blown kitten season now, so if you’ve been thinking about adopting or fostering, this is the perfect time and you’d be saving lives! Unfortunately we’re still monitoring our place after a flea infestation 😩 If you’ve ever had fleas before, you know what a pain it is to get rid of them!
