the things we dream about around here: listening to the hiss of raindrops as they hit the gas lantern 🙂‍↕️ by @foxhall_house

“Still, even without the country or a lake, the summer was a fine thing, particularly when you were at the beginning of it, looking ahead into it. There would be months of beautifully long, empty days, and each other to play with….” 🌻

Thank you, 2025, for all you brought us 🥹🎆🥂 And thank you to all of you who love and support our house as much as we do! We have some exciting projects in the hopper for 2026–hello pocket doors, hidden dog/kiddo gates, new paint schemes, custom (!!!) mural wallpaper, and even more molding 🥰—and obviously an ever-expanding collection of eclectic antiques, art, and oddities 🖤🦊 We are so thankful for all of you, always, always, always! by @foxhall_house

As Pride month comes to a close, I want to thank everyone for all the love we’ve seen this month. Truly, very little gives us as much joy as sharing our home with you all, but one thing we do love more is seeing how YOU see Foxhall 🌈 So, thank you: for sharing your photos with us of Foxhall all dolled up for Pride (we even had another proposal out front! 💍), for leaving some very kind notes about our flags and our bunting, and for sharing your hearts with us 🌻
