🇮🇹 Francie’s & Pasta Cosa take Italy!

What a trip. From Naples to Rome, we ate, explored, learned, laughed and came home with full hearts, full stomachs and plenty of inspiration. ❤️

Experiencing Italian culture, its rituals around food and the way people come together has only strengthened what we want Francie’s and Pasta Cosa to be about — great food, shared moments and creating places people genuinely enjoy spending time in.

We’ve brought home lots of ideas, lots of lessons and even more memories as a team.

Italy, you’ve inspired us. Liverpool, we’re bringing it home. 🇮🇹➡️❤️

The River of Light is back so naturally we get excited for hot choccy season. Make a pit stop at @franciesfocaccia where you can find their hut along the trail 🍫☕️ #LiverpoolEats

River of Light runs 23rd October - 1st November 5pm - 9pm by @franciesfocaccia

A little taste of Italy, in every bite. 🇮🇹

Our Chicken & Pancetta Focaccia has become a firm customer favourite, and it’s easy to see why!

Freshly baked focaccia, beautifully soft and fluffy on the inside, with a golden, crispy crust infused with olive oil and rosemary.

Generously filled with tender chicken, beef tomatoes, fresh rocket, our homemade spiced mayonnaise and the ingredient that really brings it all together — our Italian pancetta.

Imported directly from Italy, our pancetta brings a rich, savoury flavour and crispiness that takes this focaccia to another level.

It’s all about bringing together simple, quality ingredients and letting the flavours speak for themselves.

Made with love, inspired by Italy. ❤️🇮🇹
