POSTS STORIES REELS

Since 2022, we’ve used basketball as a vehicle to create opportunities on and off the court through player development 🏀🎓

These are our former players currently competing in college basketball and our current seniors preparing to make that same jump.

Different levels. Different journeys. Same foundation.

I don’t usually talk about myself or what I’m going through on here very often, but September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and I feel like this is worth talking about.

We all have feelings. We all have emotions. And sometimes, my own thoughts and mental state become something I’m afraid of.

I struggle with depression. I struggle with thoughts that can get really dark. And just because everything looks okay on the outside doesn’t mean everything is okay on the inside.

Social media makes that even harder to see. You only see what people choose to show you, not necessarily what they’re going through when the phone gets put down.

Not knowing when you go to sleep at night whether you’re going to wake up happy, motivated, and ready to work or depressed and barely able to get out of bed is a terrible feeling. I wouldn’t wish it on anybody.

Not wanting to ask for help because you don’t want to feel weak is real.

Doing little things that might sound weird to somebody else, drinking a certain type of soda, going on a walk, listening to certain music, driving around, finding anything that might pull you out of an episode, that’s real too.

Sometimes you’re not even trying to have a great day. You’re just trying to make it through a bad one.

You truly never know what somebody else is going through.

Life is hard. Some people navigate it well. Some people struggle. And some people look like they have everything together while fighting a battle in their own head that nobody around them knows exists.

So check on your people.

Your friends. Your family. Your teammates. Your coworkers. Even the person who always seems happy. Even the person who never asks for help.

Show people love. Be kind. Give people grace.

You never know whose life you could save. 🖤 by @franktankfmix

Week 1 Fall 2026 in the books @aogeventsnw @bigfoothoops 🏀

A successful opening weekend at Battle for the Belt with a lot of teams competing, players developing, and plenty of opportunities to get better.

Some great moments. Some lessons. A lot to build on.

Back to work this week 📈🫡
