Learning to skate at 41 years old is a pretty humbling experience. 🏒

You fall. You look awkward. You realize very quickly that some things are a lot harder than they look.

But the best part? I get to learn it with my better half. ❤️

I never had the opportunity to play hockey when I was young. Now, watching our boys fall in love with the game made me realize—I don’t just want to watch from the sidelines. I want to understand what they love so much, share it with them, and make some memories along the way.

It’s also a good reminder that you’re never too old to be a beginner.

Start something hard.
Start something that scares you.
Start something you absolutely suck at.

Put your ego aside, laugh at yourself, fall down, get back up—and enjoy learning something new.

At 41, I’m just getting started.

Let’s play hockey!!! 🏒🔥 #hockey #westisland by @franky_es

I wish I could ask her to marry me, again.

If she could see herself with my eyes just for a second she would know she is the most beautiful woman in the world.

An inspiring evening celebrating generosity, community, and impact at the Santa Cabrini Foundation Gala held at the Sheraton Laval.

It was a privilege to attend alongside the incredible team from Création Paul H and to support a foundation that plays such an important role in advancing healthcare and improving lives throughout our community.

Events like these are a powerful reminder that success is not only measured by business achievements, but also by our ability to give back, support meaningful causes, and contribute to a better future for those around us.

A sincere thank you to the organizers, donors, volunteers, and everyone involved in making this evening such a success.

Proud to stand with the Création Paul H team in supporting initiatives that make a lasting difference.
