Still I Rise. 🇺🇸

Now that it’s been a year since graduating from Howard University, I made a promise to myself: to finally begin building the ideas, projects, and dreams that were born during my time there.

One of those dreams was stepping into menswear—learning tailoring, exploring design, and creating garments with intention.

Over the past few months, I’ve been developing what I hoped would become my first launch shirt. Every detail was considered, from the construction to the story I want it to tell for years to come.

This is that first prototype.

While I’m proud of what it represents, I learned just as much from what didn’t work. The fit isn’t where I want it to be, and instead of settling, I’m choosing to go back to the drawing board. This prototype will be archived as the beginning of the journey, not the destination.

Every collection starts somewhere. This one starts with learning, refining, and committing to craftsmanship.

Here’s to the start of something new—and something timeless.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported this journey so far. I can’t wait to share what’s next.
