💃🏻 Jakie były najdziwniejsze miejsca, w których zatańczyliście? @natalia_klamann_dancefulness liczę na Twoje historie 🤭.

🌊 Moja odpowiedź jest inna niż sugeruje obraz, choć wicie się nad wrakiem seicento w małym Mazowieckim mieście to dosyć abstrakcyjna scena 😂.

🥹 Podwodny taniec to mój ulubiony sposób na bycie w wodzie. I w sobie zarazem ❤️‍🩹.

✨Tu na warsztacie u @wilknatala.dancendepth wspanialej & mądrej podwodnej przewodniczki.
📆 31.01-1.02.25 kolejna edycja. Super polecam.

🧜‍♀️ Bezpieczeństwo pod/nad wodą zapewnia mi niezmiennie moją ukochana Syrena @yasminapon

🧜‍♀️ 14-15.10 ✨ FREEDIVING COURSE ✨ Warsaw

🌊 We invite you for a life-changing transfer to the future where you can safely and happily dive into the depths.

✨ During the course, with our support, you will also explore relaxation techniques that help to create a calmer and more mindful everyday’s life on the surface.

🌊 @ssi_international Freediver (level 1) is a program that offers practical skills and knowledge about freediving presented in a structured way. We will intertwine the whole thing with stories and practical advice from the underwater parts of our lives.

💙 As instructors, we are distinguished by a very gentle and empathetic approach to our students. We have numerous experiences working with people facing various challenges in the water. Both emotional and physiological (related to equalizing the pressure in the ears). We love sharing our underwater knowledge acquired over the years (and constantly developing, as we both train apnea). We believe that this is important for the quality of training and the time you spend with us.

💰 PRICE for a two-day course is: PLN 2,500 (we have 4 out of 6 spots available)

🌟 The price includes:
👌 educational materials from SSI available in the app and unlimited access to it
👌 online theoretical sessions
👌 5 pool sessions at DeepSpot
👌 DAN insurance
👌 electronic SSI certificate

(the price does not include accommodation and transfer to Deepspot, although we can certainly help you organize those)

💌 The full offer and detailed information via e-mail. Leave us your contact in comments 👌🫶

🪷 Gosh it’s so hard to sit still. Writing a books makes freediving look so easy to me 🤭. But I have courage, tools and I know I have something really valuable to share with you people 🥹.

I just need to wrap it up in a story and it’s done! Right 🙈? So basically it’s likes making a sandwich to go, 🤔. which I am really expirienced at 😂.

Ok I will do it !👌

💚 Thankful and supported by my amazing friend and business partner @yasminapon

Real emotions cannot be faked! Sometimes when you least expect it you have a breakthrough in control and awareness.

Check out @yasminapon from @freediversity.pl last year randomly in IKEA nailing her soft palate control!
