Throwback to one of my favourite charcoal drawings. Something about this old woman's face is very calming and reassuring.

Oil painting a flower for the first time, still haven't mastered the missed white dots on the canvas, but it's okay!

It was also hard to get the fine details on the petals as clear as I wanted 🫠 that's on me for maybe advancing to a difficult reference way too fast! by @froggograbsbrush

What do we think?

Also, are we using hashtags nowadays or are they dead? by @froggograbsbrush

Back with some oil practice.

I was always afraid of starting oil painting because of the mess it creates, but after I started, I can say I was wrong, I can live with the mess 🫟

When I started this one, I didn't know we'd come near WWIII, then avoid it (maybe?)

The last two years have been tough on all of us, mentally exhausting, forcing a pause on the more trivial things in our lives, and leaving space only for the most important stuff..

Genocide still ongoing, war erupting everywhere..

Glad to be able to do art again, sometimes you just need the right inspiration.. by @froggograbsbrush

First post in the new year, and my first attempt at drawing realism with pastel colours. What do you think?
.
I set goals for the new year. They include practicing realism in colours (pastel and coloured pencils), experimenting with new mediums and another goal to be announced soon.
.
The end of last year has been tough on many people around the world, it may have set us back in our lives and our work, but what is a better way of resisting all this pain than rising up stronger after!
.
Thank you for following me in my journey, and let's hope for a year filled with improvement and progress! by @froggograbsbrush
