Welcome back to another episode of Frostbite Live! In today’s episode we were so excited to be joined by none other than Nonchalant! Head to the link in our bio to watch their full session on our YouTube channel!

The kings of grunk themselves had us moving and grooving in the studio with the nastiest riffs you’ll hear this side of the Welland Canal.

Thanks so much to @nonchalantfellas for coming onto the show, and as always! Give them some love in the comments, check out the full video, and let us know who you’d like to see on the show next! by @frostbiterecordingstudio

Welcome back to another episode of Frostbite Live! This week, we’re absolutely honoured to have Maya Ritchie in the studio. Full session and interview is linked in our bio!

Soft rock, the occasional love song, and nostalgic nods to the early 2000s, Maya’s sound is a array of several different genres cohesively blending together. Hailing from St Catherines, Maya is relatively fresh to our lovely scene so expect much more coming this year from Maya. Massive shout-outs to Maya Ritchie and everyone in her band for coming down to the studio and sharing their lovely tunes with us. If you liked what you heard today, you’re in luck; you can find all the songs they played for us today on her album, “Rumination,” on all streaming platforms.

That’s all for this week, folks. Leave a comment telling Maya and her band how much they rock, and as always, we’ll catch you in the next episode! by @frostbiterecordingstudio

Michael Antelope - The Falconer - Live at Frostbite by @frostbiterecordingstudio

Sept 12 will be the day I release my debut EP. It will also be the day that I play my folk music with a full band for the first time. In addition, it will be a fundraiser for the tour that myself @avamhickey and @hunter.stull.music are about to announce. The Nash Danger band will feature @matthewpullicinomusic @masondefazio.music @damiano_masiero @finngpc and some features from @_mia.jade It’s been a long time playing music before I’ve felt comfortable enough to actually just put something out there and I was so thankful to work with such an awesome engineer/friend in @jacksmitko This show is the beginning of a new chapter for me and it would mean a whole lot if people made it out.

Hello and welcome back to another episode of Frostbite Live! It’s with great pleasure that we have with us in the studio, Michael Antelope.

Stay tuned to hear more from this talented group, and thank you so much for tuning in. We’ll see you and Michael Antelope again very shortly. by @frostbiterecordingstudio

Me, Myself & Lies - The New Hires - Performed live at Frostbite Recording Studio🎬🎥 Check out the full session linked in our bio!! by @frostbiterecordingstudio

Welcome back to another episode of Frostbite Live! This week, we’re beyond excited to welcome The New Hires to the show. The full session and interview is linked in our bio!

Hailing from Ottawa, The New Hires bring an indie rock sound steeped in early to mid 2000s nostalgia, buttery guitar riffs and punchy drums. While their mission might be to get you moving, they’re just as ready to hit you with a breakup song that stops you in your tracks. Their sound is fun, driving, and built for the dance floor, but their lyrics cut deeper, layered with introspection that will leave you reflecting.

Huge shout outs to The New Hires for making the trip down from Ottawa. It’s a pleasure having you in the scene and sharing your sound with us and showcasing another incredible corner of Ontario’s music.

Do yourself a favour and check out The New Hires on all streaming platforms today.

Thanks for tuning in to another episode of Frostbite Live. As always, we’ll catch you in the next one! by @frostbiterecordingstudio

Funky, Jazzy, Psychedelic, Rock, and Bossa Nova. It feels like there isn’t a wrong word that can be used to describe Fünyboht. Hailing from Hamilton, they find a way to curate a kitchen sink’s worth of genres, styles, and sounds into a beautiful harmony that’s delightful and easy to listen to, with themes and messages that will leave you thinking for days. Keep an eye out for further releases by Fünyboht, and while you’re waiting, give them a listen on all streaming platforms. Huge shout-out to Fünyboht for coming down and being a part of the show.

Welcome back to another episode of Frostbite Live! Today, we’re incredibly honoured to introduce @theferns94 Full session and interview linked in our bio!

Jangle is the only word you need to know when it comes to The Ferns. With a refreshing take on a sound and genre popularized by R.E.M and The Smiths, The Ferns are not afraid to get you off your feet with twangy guitar leads. Tasteful, jangly, and fun is best described as The Ferns. Huge shoutouts to The Ferns for coming on the show this week. It was a pleasure sitting down in the studio with these guys. You can stream their discography on all platforms today, and while you’re at it, keep an eye out for any future projects!

Leave a comment, tell us how much you love The Ferns. As always, we’ll see you in the next episode! by @frostbiterecordingstudio
