A HUGE thank you to all of the friends and family who showed up to support their FS8 trainers during Family Week! 🫶🏼

There’s something so special about watching our trainers thrive with their loved ones cheering them on, sharing in their hard work, and experiencing the FS8 magic firsthand. We’re so grateful for the people who have supported our trainers along the way and helped make this week so special!

It truly takes a village, and we’re so happy to have you all be a part of ours. Welcome to the FS8 family! 🩵💛 by @fs8_niskayuna

Getting to lead our founding instructors through a three day intensive training this weekend was such a special reminder of why I love what I do. Being able to share my knowledge, help others grow in their craft, and build a team that will eventually impact so many people is something I don’t take for granted!

I put so much heart into what I do, and getting to pour that into other coaches, watch them learn, challenge themselves, and grow more confident in their abilities is one of the most rewarding parts of this career.

I’m incredibly grateful for FS8 Niskayuna and the opportunity to step into this role, for the people who trust me to lead them, and for the chance to help build something so special from the ground up.

I am so proud of this team and so excited for what’s to come!🩵💛 by @fs8_niskayuna

Meet the three main class styles you’ll see on the schedule at FS8 Niskayuna:

FS8 ORIGINAL: Our signature blend of Pilates, Tone & Yoga designed to build strength, improve mobility, and challenge your entire body.

REFORMX: A reformer-focused workout that brings the burn with controlled movements and resistance.

IGNITE: Turn up the intensity! A faster-paced, high-energy workout designed to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong.

Different styles. Different challenges. Something for every body.

And there’s more to come! As we count down to our Grand Opening, we’ll be sharing our additional add-on class styles that you will see on the schedule from time to time and breaking down what you can expect from each one.
