A whirlwind 48 hours in the Big 🍎filming for the @equinox app. So much gratitude for the opportunity. Got to meet and work with some amazing people. Inhaled my bagel on the way out too. Let's go! 💪🏽🥳💪🏽 by @fufighterfit

Best part of teaching is moving, creating movement patterns and challenging others to move with me. After some time away, feeling out of routine, I'm back. This machine is called kinesis and I'm grateful to teach this @heimatclub - Strength, mobility, endurance, coordination all in one. Even if you've taken a break for summer, injuries, or lack of motivation, you can always come back to movement! LFG.

A little bit of sunshine for me in this cloudy 2025. A few weeks ago I had the honor and privilege of filming some new fitness content for @ifit . So many happy memories with this company. Grateful for the opportunity, for the amazing cast and crew, and for my body making it through a week of workouts!

I try to create a new reformer workout each week and practice before I teach it to make sure it works and I know how to teach it. 🤪 Have you tried Pilates yet? by @fufighterfit

My @mypeakchallenge new program drop - Band Camp! These workouts are really special to me as bands were one of the few pieces of equipment I had during the pandemic. This reminds me of our resilience, resourcefulness & unity during difficult times - something we need right now. Let's go!
