What a night of #revelry @barrmansion Monday night! Flattered to have been included in the vision to collaborate with some incredible vendors that created such a memorable event. Big shout out to @zachsiegel and @abbydaigle for pulling everything together and celebrating our industry ❄️🙌❄️ Can’t wait to see the pro’s pics and video of this one. #fullspectrumice #thinkoutsidetheblocks #brrriliant by @full_spectrum_ice

First ever moving sculpture! I had a crazy idea of making a spinning piece entirely out of ice… and it worked!! The ice ball bearing came to life even in above freezing conditions. Thanks to @john.flottman for rolling with me on this idea and helping bring it to life at the @mn.ice #carvercup ❄️🙌❄️

YOU voted, and the San Antonio Wedding of the Year is… FELIPE + MARIO!!! 🏆🌈🥂

From a black-tie dress code and jaw-dropping floral installations to mariachi music, drag performances + a dance floor that simply wouldn’t quit, this celebration was EVERYTHING!🪩✨

With the grooms themselves being the creative minds behind @moabnco, you KNOW the details were going to be good! Their vision came to life with the help of @sweetaugustevents, stunning rentals from @brighteventrentals, a custom ice sculpture honoring their pups by @fullspectrumice + a fabulous getaway ride from @cathauscollective.

But beyond all the incredible design, what made this celebration so special was how unapologetically THEM it was. Every detail was a reflection of their love, personalities + Mexican heritage, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this deserving couple and the talented team who brought it all together! 🥹🫶

Felipe + Mario’s wedding is now a national nominee and in consideration for Wed Society’s National Wedding of the Year! The national winner will be announced on Monday, November 2nd. We’re rooting for y’all!! 🏆💕

A little rain couldn’t stop M + C from having the outdoor ceremony of their dreams. They embraced every single drop, traded umbrella moments for pure joy, and proved that a little rain only makes the love shine brighter!

The 2026 Book of Weddings Release Party at @texassciencemuseum was a massive success! 🦖✨

We gathered with an incredible group of vendor friends to connect, celebrate, and get the very first look at our milestone 20th issue.

Underneath the iconic dinosaur, @sweettreetsbakery’s stunning cake and sweets took center stage, while @scarletroseevents designed a sexy, cozy lounge setting, elevated by seamless draping from @drapemasters. @bunchesofcharm crafted structural, moody floral arrangements that brought the atmosphere together, creating the perfect backdrop for guests to relax on plush lounge sets from @panaceacollective and @moontowerrentals while flipping through the new issue 📖✨

The night was packed with interactive activations:
🎟️ Sticker machine by @austinweddingstickers
🍂 Live hand-rolled cigars from @degraciaestevezcigars
🪵 Custom bookmark engraving by @handsomeink
🎨 Live cover painting behind the curtain by @trinity_brushworks
🧪 Custom scent mixing at the fragrance bar by @houseofamaofragrance
📸 Glamorous black & white portraits from @mbpphotobooth’s enclosed booth

@dartcollective kept the energy high spinning tunes all night while @sohoeventco kept everyone refreshed with delicious small bites and signature drinks (in @bighteventrentals super cute glassware), including spiked dirty sodas and dirty shirleys!🍹 @mediabyjamie captured all the BTS energy and mini-mic interviews, and @sierramarie.photography snapped these unforgettable shots 📸🤍

What a night. 🤍

Our annual client event is always one of our favorite nights of the year, but this one felt especially meaningful. If you weren’t able to attend, our specials are still available today only!

After more than 30 years in Kansas City, we’re so incredibly grateful for the patients, clients, partners, and team members who have made Monarch what it is today. This year has brought so much growth, change, and excitement, and we loved celebrating this next chapter with the people who make it all possible.

Thank you to everyone who came, celebrated, laughed, danced, and made the night so special. We truly couldn’t do this without you.

Here’s to 30+ years of Monarch, and to everything still to come. 🦋
