The magic starts here. ✨

Our sourdough starter is alive, thriving, and is the star behind every cracker we bake. We use it to slowly ferment every batch of dough, developing flavor, texture, and character that only a true sourdough process can create.

Wild yeast and beneficial bacteria (LAB, we’ll start learning more about these in future posts!) work together during fermentation, transforming simple ingredients into something more flavorful, complex, and easier to digest than conventional dough. It really is magic!

Just flour, water, wild yeast, and some time. Full Stop.

Slowed down on my run today to appreciate the beauty of this ONE tree. Whatever you do, seek beauty in each moment, big and small ✨ #fullstop by @fullstop.bakery

I know we are all about slowing down over here, but this took 3 minutes and sometimes efficiency for the sake of sanity is worth it. #spookyseason by @fullstop.bakery

Just because farmer’s market season is coming to a close, doesn’t mean you can’t find and support your favorite local vendors this winter! Head to City Park Farmer’s Market & Lafayette Farmer’s Market websites for your full guide to offseason shopping.
