🎶 LIVE MUSIC AT THE MEWS 🎶

We’re opening the event doors at Mews Industrial Quarter for a full day of live music, creativity, and community.

Join us on the 16th May for an afternoon of FREE live performances from some amazing local musicians, bringing acoustic sessions and laid-back vibes into the heart of the Mews.

From 2PM–7PM we’ll be hosting:

🎤 J.J. Collins
🔥 Headline set from Ben Maier

Then as the evening rolls in, the atmosphere shifts as Hastings Poetry Brothel takes over for a night of spoken word, poetry, performance, and late-night energy.

This is exactly what Mews Industrial Quarter is about supporting local creatives, independent artists, musicians, writers, and building a space where culture and community can thrive together.

We’re doing a soft launch of a new co-working space in The Mews Industrial Quarter, 15 Harold Mews (St Leonards) and thought we’d invite the local community to try it out first.

Myself @fullyfibrosis & @chris_ellis64 have taken on our first commercial venture which came at the birth of FulCel Ltd 🎉

Back in November, we took over a workshop tucked away in the heart of St Leonards-on-Sea, Harold Mews — and since then it’s been full steam ahead.

We’ve been hands-on from day one, self-funding the entire project and stripping the space right back to its bare bones. Clearing out old equipment, rebuilding the structure, and transforming it into something with real potential — all done by a small but determined crew.

The vision?
Flexible working units, co-working space, office rentals, and a place that can host markets and community-driven projects 🤍 if your business needs a space or you have an idea for a community project we want to hear it, comment or message to see if we can help.

This is an ongoing journey, with constant upgrades and improvements planned, and we’ll be opening our doors very soon.

It might not look like much right now… but just you wait 😉
We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come already and can’t wait to share what’s next.

4 days exploring, 2 days with no bags (thanks Heathrow) but what a lovely city. Smaller than expected, walkable, clean, friendly. Though the sad reality of homelessness was very visible.
