[ENG] I had never seen a Drag Kings show, let alone participated. So I decided to organize one and we closed out Pride month with the first iteration of "Tortilla Kings," a wonderful show filled with so much beautiful energy that weeks later I'm still buzzing.

I have a lot of people to thank: first to @coquito_prieto (@strava.ganza) for creating a better reality than I could have dreamed; to the veterans who opened the doors to this kind of expression and experience; to the newbies who took a risk and enjoyed it; to @lacarpinteria_99 and @clandestina99 for providing such an important space, and to all those who attended and supported the event with so much enthusiasm.

Here we are, in Havana, where great things are still happening with a lot of love and community. Thank you for such a special start. See y'all at the next show! 🌠

Can’t believe it’s been a year already — hoy cumples un año Meli!!! Felicidades ✨💞 I think you already know at this young age just how much you are loved by those around you, and it’s only going to grow and expand from here. This is just the beginning of all our shenanigans together 😈

S/o to @alemane_88 and @claudiakristina for being truly incredible parents and for gifting me the pleasure of being a tía to this little nugget!! Los quiero mucho by @ga.so.al.va
