On a gorgeous evening in Riviera Maya, Mexico, I married my love for a lifetime, surrounded by the green jungle leaves and the clear blue Caribbean Sea. Our intimate ceremony, shared of our closest friends and family, was truly a blessing. Our dear friend @jeanene.rhoden officiated the ceremony, adding a personal and heartfelt touch that made the day even more special. The evening was filled with joy, thanks to those who sang, gave heartfelt speeches, and helped bring our dream to life. Under the lights, surrounded by loved ones, we celebrated our union. This day was not only the beautiful beginning of our life together but a testament to the power of love and friendship. My grandma recently said to me: โ€œwhen a man finds a wife he finds a good thing but when youโ€™ve found a good thing you have to take care of that man.โ€ Iโ€™m blessed beyond measure to find someone like you. You not only listen to me but try to see the best in me. You cheer me on and celebrates me even when I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve done something worth celebrating. Your compassion and talents inspire me to do new things beyond belief. Youโ€™re what I prayed for and more than I could have imagined for myself. I thank God we found each other on the internet. I promise to bring the best version of me to match the best version of you. ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ–ค ๐Ÿ“ธ: @peridotimagery ๐Ÿ‘—: @clubllondon #blacklove #meandsomebodyson #blacklovepage #engagementphotos #shesaidyes by @gabby_ad
BIG 2022 ENERGY ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š #blacktravelfeed #blacktravel #blackwomentravel #travelgram by @gabby_ad
My goal in 2021 was to build strength inside and out. Most people know Iโ€™m pretty active and love to hit the gym but that upper body workout was not it. I knew I would have to change my mindset about what it means to look and feel fit. Get comfortable with what my body was going to do when I started to lift weights. And drop all the societal baggage of what a womanโ€™s body should look like and be able to do. I never thought Iโ€™d be that person flexing back muscles and showing off my shoulders. Thank you @fitflaggyjae ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธfor teaching me that your body can do great things if you allow it too. I learned in 2021 just how strong I am.
