Monday Movement 🤍 Bird Dog As your body changes throughout pregnancy, building strength and stability can help support you along the way. Bird Dog is a gentle, low-impact movement that can be practiced throughout pregnancy. It helps strengthen the deep core, glutes, and back while supporting balance and stability — all areas working a little harder as your body grows and changes. Move slowly, keep your hips square, breathe through the movement, and listen to your body. You can always modify your range of motion based on what feels comfortable for you. Save this for your pregnancy routine and follow @gaiabirthstudio for more pregnancy + birth prep. 🤍 Always check with your healthcare provider to make sure movement is appropriate for you and your pregnancy. #pregnant #pregnantlife #birthpreparation #pregnancytips #hypnobirthing by @gaiabirthstudio
✨ Expecting a baby and starting to think about how you want to feel going into birth? My next childbirth education class series is coming up this October at the Alliance Center in Stamford, CT. 🤍 This 6-week series is designed to help you and your birth partner prepare for birth, both mentally and physically, while learning self-hypnosis, relaxation, breathing techniques, and practical tools you can use throughout pregnancy and birth. But choosing a childbirth class is personal, and I want to make sure this one feels like the right fit for you. That’s why I offer complimentary consultations where we can chat about your birth goals, what you’re looking for in a class, and any questions you have about the upcoming series. ✨ Curious if it could be a good fit for you? Book a complimentary consultation with me through the link in my bio. I’d love to connect! 🤍 📍 Alliance Center | Stamford, CT 🗓️ October Class Series #fairfieldcountymoms pregnancy #childbirtheducation #hypnobirthing #prenatal l by @gaiabirthstudio
Monday Movement 🤍 Cat/Cow Preparing for birth isn’t just about the mental preparation, it’s about supporting your body, too. 🤍 Cat/Cow is one of my favorite gentle movements to incorporate during pregnancy. It can help encourage spinal mobility, gently move the pelvis, and release tension through the back while connecting movement with your breath. Move slowly, listen to your body, and stay within a range that feels comfortable for you. Save this for your pregnancy routine and follow @gaiabirthstudio for more pregnancy + birth prep. 🤍 Always check with your healthcare provider to make sure movement is appropriate for you and your pregnancy. #pregnancymovement #prenatalgentleyoga #birthpreparation #pregnancytips #hypnobirthing by @gaiabirthstudio

Motherhood has shaped so much of who I am, not only through birth, but through the women who nurtured, guided, comforted, and loved me throughout my life. Today I’m feeling especially grateful for the mothers in my own family and friends, and for the incredible parents I have the honor of supporting through pregnancy and birth. Whether today feels joyful, tender, complicated, or bittersweet, you are seen. 🤍 Happy Mother’s Day to all who mother in their own way. — Natali | Gaia Birth Studio by @gaiabirthstudio
If I had gone to the Met Gala this year… this would’ve been my look. Inspired by pregnancy, creation, and the female body as art 🤍 . Happy almost Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mamas out there. by @gaiabirthstudio
