A love that never left. The little girl I once was, and the woman I am today. Still holding hands, still growing together. โค๏ธ by @galslilat
A gentle reminder that loving someone else flows best when you arenโ€™t running on empty. Take care of your heart first. #PauseAndReflect #SelfCompassion #NourishYourSoul #SoftLiving #HeartCentered by @galslilat

Started the week with perfect morning vibes great coffee from a food truck, a gentle breeze, and a beautiful view that completely melted my worries away. โ˜•๏ธโœจ The best part? Reconnecting with a close friend who just got back from Japan. After so much time apart, getting to hug and just sit together was pure peace. Super grateful for these simple, beautiful moments. ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿชญ by @galslilat
We chase the next moment like it holds some magic secret. It doesnโ€™t. Right now is as good as it gets. by @galslilat

And suddenly itโ€™s the end of #October and you realize how much youโ€™ve grown, healed, and how different your life feels compared to this time last year ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿฅ• by @galslilat

We don't have to wait for it; we have so much choice. We can actively create our own peace and build our own quiet โ˜€๏ธ It is simply love. Thatโ€™s all it is! ๐Ÿงก by @galslilat
