ATLANTICA 120 Roasting System

Industrial Coffee Production

At the heart of the SMARTFLOW4 Coffee Processing Line, the ATLANTICA 120 delivers high-capacity roasting with precision and consistency.

With a 120 kg batch capacity and up to 4 tons of roasted coffee production per day, the system seamlessly integrates green coffee weighing, pneumatic loading, roasting, cooling and transfer to the destoning stage.

Combined with an afterburner and a pneumatic bean loader with an integrated weighing system, ATLANTICA 120 provides a reliable foundation for efficient industrial coffee production.

Destoning & Storage

Roasted Coffee. Controlled Storage. Complete Traceability.

After cooling, roasted coffee is transferred to the destoner, where air suction and vibration separate stones, metal and other foreign materials from the beans.

The cleaned coffee is then automatically weighed and transported by a Z-type elevator to four industrial storage silos, each with a capacity of 1 ton.

Through the central control panel, operators can select silos and monitor coffee type, weight and storage duration. An integrated safety system also prevents different coffees from being stored in the same silo.

A total storage capacity of 4 tons—with control at every stage. 🔷 by @garanti.roasters

Mixing, Grinding & Packing

From Recipe to Final Product
SMARTFLOW4 transforms roasted coffee into a consistent, production-ready product through automated mixing and grinding.

Operators can select the required coffee silos and quantities directly from the control panel. The system transfers each component to the 400 kg mixer, completing every batch in just 4 minutes.
Coffee can then be processed by independent grinders for different brewing methods:

• Turkish coffee: up to 200 kg/hour
• Espresso: up to 400 kg/hour
• Filter coffee: up to 500 kg/hour

Each grind type is collected in a dedicated silo, ready for flavoring or transfer to the packaging line.

Precise recipes, consistent grinding and a seamless path to packaging. 🛘 by @garanti.roasters

A roasting system is not truly ready when the machines are simply installed; it is ready when every connection, safety condition and operating sequence has been verified under real working conditions. Professional commissioning ensures that the complete system operates safely, efficiently and in full coordination from the very first production batch.

@agk_coffee_roasters is a newly established high-capacity roasting facility in Antalya, equipped with an automated ATLANTICA 60 roasting system, afterburner and destoner.

As part of the commissioning service:

✓ Electrical, gas and exhaust connections were inspected
✓ Roaster, afterburner and destoner synchronization was verified
✓ Trial roasting sessions were completed
✓ Automation and system integration training was provided to the operators

From installation to the first production batch, GARANTİ Roasters delivers more than machinery—we ensure that the entire system is ready to operate.

A professional 5 kg roaster does not have to be complicated.
Watch a complete Brazil Santos roast on the GRT 5—from charge to cooling—in 20 seconds.

The GRT 5 is designed as a more affordable roasting solution with a simpler control structure than the Pacifica 5, making it ideal for businesses that want to begin professional coffee roasting with a more accessible investment.

In this video, we roast Brazil Santos Arabica green coffee in a preheated GRT 5, completing the roasting process in approximately 10 minutes.

Throughout the roast, we show the key development stages in real time:

🟡 Yellowing
🟤 Caramelization
🔥 First Crack

Once the roast is complete, the coffee is discharged into the cooling tray, rapidly and evenly cooled, and then collected from the tray.
