I look sad and slightly haggard (grief is so weird and hard) but bathroom selfies are back, baby. by @gardenofslinkies

I’ve spent so much time thinking about how to write this post and choose the right pictures bc our love for our Penny Tayne has been unmatched.

I have tons of videos and pics of her that I want to share with everyone… my bb girl instagram model has so many virtual friends whom love her so much. But nearly 15 years at home with her, she became a part of me. We will miss the grunts she made every time she felt a little bit inconvenienced, when she’d wake up laying down my feet and grunt when she realized she wasn’t snuggling in my neck like she has done every night since I adopted her. I knew she was my girl the moment I laid eyes on her tiny face and giant eyes with a heart shaped mark on her front leg ♥️

Forever my Penny Tayne. 2011-2026. Thank you for fighting for me baby girl. I hope you’re licking all the ranch you want.

We miss you so much already.

My nearly 15 year old child and I… we’ve been going through it and I will do anything and everything to keep her comfy. I don’t like to talk about it but I know a lot of yall are Penny followers and not me followers 🙃 She has cancer and we’re doing all we can to keep her cozy until that inevitable time comes ♥️ Appreciate all love and prayers and good vibes while we deal with this by @gardenofslinkies

I spent Christmas in Fort Wayne for a couple of weeks and actually wish I had taken more pics! Lots of family time that was much needed, got caught in a snowstorm, looked through old photos, saw my bff of nearly 30 years, had a little day trip to Toledo with my sister and brother in law, celebrated my brother Derek’s birthday, had Major by my side helping me with my homesickness until Chad came on Christmas Day 🩷 Ended with Pen Pen cuddles at home 🥹 by @gardenofslinkies

Sorry but I’ll never stop posting pics of these two 😭 by @gardenofslinkies

We’re healing and thriving 🩷 she’s so much more comfy now by @gardenofslinkies

I guess Thanksgiving at the beach is now a tradition! Last year with my parents and my dad’s side of the family and this year was with Chad and his family. It was a lovely weekend and I wanna be back in that heated pool! 🩷 by @gardenofslinkies

Pirate Pen Pen got her cone taken off yesterday! Actually, she somehow managed to shake the cone off and immediately started to clean herself lol I think she knew it was the day we were taking it off and was tired of being smelly cat 😂 She’s recovering so well and is acting completely normal now. Her fur is slowly growing back but I can tell she’s so much more comfortable! 🩷 She’s a pirate but she’s also this emoji 😉 forever! #pennytayne by @gardenofslinkies

We’ve been singing “One Eyed Girl” a lot lately 😭 that side of her face was shaved down and she’s a bit bruised but she’s doing fantastic and has been sleeping it off 🩷🩷🩷 #pennytayne #oneeyedgirl by @gardenofslinkies

I just wanted to update y’all that Penny had eye surgery today to remove an eye. I know some of you have seen my stories recently but wanted to make an official post… it’s been a really scary day (and past month) but she is doing well recovering at home now! She’s real mad at this cone that she needs to keep on for 10 days and keeping her and Link away from each other is already tough but our P-Tayne is so strong 🥹 I’m a proud mama and she’s gonna feel SO MUCH BETTER with that gone 🩷🩷🩷 Expect some new Pirate Penny headshots once she’s healed 🏴‍☠️#catsofinstgram by @gardenofslinkies

I just realized I p much only post once a month so here’s my early November post 😆 Happy Birthday to Wontel!! 🩷 We love you infinitely! by @gardenofslinkies
