🏈 A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO FRANKLIN FOOTBALL!

I want to take a minute to say something that truly means more to me than you probably realize.

THANK YOU

Thank you to the coaches, parents, players, teammates, and cheerleaders for the incredible outpouring of appreciation and for actually noticing me on that sideline.

Sometimes I think people see a photographer with a camera and assume we’re simply there doing our job.

But when I’m standing on that field, I’m not just clicking a shutter.

I’m watching these boys give everything they have. I’m watching teammates encourage one another. I’m watching cheerleaders pour their energy into their team. I’m looking for the moments between the plays, the emotion, the determination, the friendships, the celebrations, the moments that may never happen exactly the same way again.

And I LOVE being there to capture it. ❤️

I volunteer my time when I can because I believe these kids deserve to have something to look back on. They deserve to remember what it felt like to be here.

But I’ll be honest… being appreciated makes all the difference.

When parents stop to thank me.
When coaches acknowledge me.
When players recognize me.
When families tell me how much the photos mean to them.
When the crowd notices how much I am running back and forth🤣

Those things may seem small, but they aren’t small to me.

I’m a full-time professional photographer. This is my career, not a hobby. I am a Mother of three. My time is valuable, and there is always something else I could be doing.

So when a team and its families take the time to say, “We see you. We appreciate you. Thank you for being here,”…

I feel that. ❤️

Franklin Football thank you for making me feel like more than just the photographer on the sideline. Thank you for making me feel like part of the team.

And to every team out there: please appreciate the photographers who show up for you.

We’re giving you our time because we care.

And sometimes, just knowing that someone noticed…
means more than you’ll ever know. 📸

Sincerely,
Sunshine Images 😘
