🥋🔥 THE DOUBLE BACK KICK! ONE OF MY ALL-TIME FAVOURITE MARTIAL ARTS MOVES! If you grew up watching the classic martial arts movie Best of the Best, you’ll remember that legendary fight between Dae Han and Tommy Lee! Others might recognise it as the famous BOYKA KICK from Scott Adkins’ Undisputed movies! @thesimonrhee @philliprhee @thescottadkins Here’s a little story… Earlier this year, I got the amazing opportunity to play a fighter opposite Scott Adkins in his new action movie BRAWLER, which he both directed and starred in, coming in 2027! And believe it or not, Scott actually performed his famous BOYKA KICK on me during our fight scene! 😂🔥 He caught me perfectly and took me clean off my feet! Hopefully, it makes the final cut because it was an awesome experience! Growing up watching martial arts movie legends like Simon Rhee and Phillip Rhee, I always dreamed of one day being part of action movies like these. Now, all these years later, I’m actually getting to live some of those childhood dreams! Hopefully, one day I’ll get to work alongside Simon and Phillip in one of their movies too. That would be another dream come true! And keep your eyes peeled for BEST OF THE BEST 5! The legendary martial arts movie franchise is making a comeback, and I can’t wait to see it! 👊 Funny how life works. One minute you’re a kid watching your heroes on screen, the next you’re getting kicked across one by them! 😂 Never stop dreaming. Never stop believing. Anything is possible! 🔥 #ScottAdkins #BestOfTheBest #MartialArts #Brawler #GarryBell by @garrybell_contender
🥊🎬 FROM WATCHING ROCKY AS A KID TO PLAYING A BOXER ON THE BIG SCREEN! Here’s a crazy true story I’ve never forgotten! Many years ago, while on holiday, I met a lovely lady called Cheryl Howard. She told me I’d be amazing playing a boxer in a movie her husband was making! We arranged to meet again that evening, but unfortunately, I missed her and flew home the next day. Her husband? Hollywood director RON HOWARD! The movie? CINDERELLA MAN, starring RUSSELL CROWE! 🥊 The incredible true story of James J. Braddock, who lost almost everything during the Great Depression but fought his way back to become heavyweight champion of the world! I’ve often wondered what might have happened if I’d made that meeting. BUT LIFE HAS A FUNNY WAY OF COMING FULL CIRCLE! All these years later, I’m delighted to be playing boxer TOMMY GRANT in the upcoming British boxing movie A MEASURE OF DIGNITY! 🎬 What a year it’s been! From working alongside Scott Adkins in BRAWLER, coming in 2027, to filming several other movies playing fighters and gangsters. Martial arts has been my life since childhood. Kicking is my speciality, but I’ve trained in boxing since I was a kid. Growing up watching ROCKY, I never imagined I’d get the chance to play a boxer on screen myself! The cast for A MEASURE OF DIGNITY is incredible, and I genuinely believe this could be something special. Massive thanks to Northline Pictures and the filmmakers for believing in me! @northlinepictures8 THE MESSAGE? NEVER PUT AN EXPIRY DATE ON YOUR DREAMS! It doesn’t matter how old you are, where you come from or how many opportunities you’ve missed. I’m still learning, still pushing myself and still chasing dreams! DON’T SPEND YOUR LIFE WONDERING WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN. GO OUT THERE AND DISCOVER WHAT STILL CAN BE! 🥊 YOUR GREATEST CHAPTER MIGHT STILL BE WAITING TO BE WRITTEN! #GarryBell #AMeasureOfDignity #NeverGiveUp #Rocky #BoxingMovie by @garrybell_contender
🥊🎬🔥 I’M PLAYING A BOXER IN MY NEXT MOVIE! BACK IN THE RING… BUT THIS TIME FOR THE BIG SCREEN! Absolutely over the moon to officially announce that I’ve landed the role of TOMMY GRANT in the upcoming British boxing movie A MEASURE OF DIGNITY! 🎬 After a successful audition and receiving some incredible feedback from the filmmaker, I’m genuinely grateful and excited to have been given this opportunity! Having spent most of my life in the fight game, getting the chance to bring that experience, passion and fighting spirit to the big screen is something really special! There’s already an amazing cast coming together, and I can’t wait to work alongside some incredibly talented people, learn from them and bring Tommy Grant to life! 🎥 A massive thank you to Northline Pictures for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. It really does mean a lot! 🙏 @northlinepictures8 One thing I’ve always believed is that dreams don’t have an expiry date. Keep pushing yourself, keep learning, keep opening new doors and never stop believing in what you can achieve. I’m still learning, still growing and still chasing dreams. Every new opportunity is another chapter, and I’m grateful for the journey! EVERY CHAMPION WAS ONCE A CONTENDER! 🥊❤️ THE JOURNEY CONTINUES… LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION! #AMeasureOfDignity #GarryBell #BoxingMovie #BritishFilm #NeverStopDreaming ActorLife by @garrybell_contender

Make it fucking count! 👊🔥 🔥 HERE’S MY CHALLENGE TO YOU! 🔥 In the next 24 HOURS, I want you to do ONE thing you’ve been putting off. Make that phone call. Send that message. Start that business. Apply for that opportunity. Have that difficult conversation. Take that first step towards the life you keep talking about. Not next week. Not next month. TODAY! And I want you to ask yourself one question: “IF I STOPPED MAKING EXCUSES TODAY, WHERE COULD MY LIFE BE 12 MONTHS FROM NOW?” Now stop scrolling, stop talking about it, and GO DO SOME FUCKING THING ABOUT IT! 💥 👇 DROP ONE THING IN THE COMMENTS THAT YOU’RE COMMITTING TO DO IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. A FATHER’S MISSION ISN’T COMFORT. IT’S LEGACY. ❤️🥊 Passing on the torch isn’t easy. I’ve trained many fighters and fought many battles, but nothing compares to raising your own children. I never had anyone to teach me how to be a man. My childhood wasn’t easy, but it forged the man I became. My father gave me life, but no guidance. That’s something I promised would be different for my son and daughter. Martial arts has taught me that true strength isn’t just physical. It’s mental, emotional and about constantly becoming a better person. Nothing was handed to me, and nothing has been handed to Kai. Everything he’s achieved has come through his own hard work, discipline and sacrifice. I can teach him how to fight, but I can’t fight his battles for him. I can show him the road, but he has to walk it himself. We’re not perfect as parents, but we do our best to give our children what we never had. The greatest championship I’ll ever win is watching my children become better people than me. Proud of you, son. Not just for the fighter you’re becoming, but the young man you are. ❤️ The torch is yours now, Kai. Carry it further than I ever could. 🔥 Always believe in the power of your dreams. 🥊❤️ #FatherAndSon #LegacyOverEverything #FighterMindset by @garrybell_contender
I WAS JUST A CHILD… AND THE MONSTER WAS REAL. 💔 I DIDN’T GET TO CHOOSE MY CHILDHOOD. I HAD TO SURVIVE IT. Before the titles. Before the success. Before anyone knew my name… there was a frightened little boy fighting battles no child should ever have to face. A boy carrying pain, fear and scars nobody could see. I LEARNED HOW TO FIGHT LONG BEFORE I EVER STEPPED INTO A RING. 🥊 For years, I wore a mask. Hiding the pain behind strength, success and a smile. People saw the fighter, the champion, the businessman… but they never knew the battles that built him. Until now. 📖 UNMASKED – LIFE IS A FIGHT This isn’t just a book. It’s the story I’ve carried inside me for a lifetime. From childhood adversity to becoming a world champion, building businesses and refusing to let my past destroy my future. I’ve finally taken off the mask and told the story I never thought I’d have the courage to share. BECAUSE THE HARDEST FIGHT OF MY LIFE WASN’T IN A RING… IT WAS SURVIVING WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE I EVER PUT ON A PAIR OF GLOVES. If you’ve ever felt broken, alone, forgotten or like life has knocked you down one too many times, this book is for you. Your past may shape you, but it doesn’t have to define you. ❤️ 🔥 UNMASKED BY GARRY BELL 📦 AVAILABLE NOW ON AMAZON PRIME! NORTHEAST FILMMAKERS — LET’S MAKE A MARTIAL ARTS ACTION MOVIE! 🎬🥊 I’m looking at developing a low-budget 30 minutes independent action film inspired by Rocky, Warrior and Undisputed. I have the planned story just need the script I’ll play the lead and choreograph the fight scenes, drawing on my experience as a professional fighter and actor. The goal is intense, authentic, cinematic action with a powerful story. I’m looking for filmmakers, producers, directors, cinematographers, camera operators, sound recordists, editors, and production crew across the Northeast of England. Interested? Message me with your location, experience and the role you’re interested in. Showreels and examples of previous work are welcome. Know someone who’d be a great fit? Tag them or share this post. Let’s make something special! 🎥🥊 If we can build the right team this could be awesome by @garrybell_contender
CHOREOGRAPHING A FIGHT SCENE FOR THE BUTTERFLY MOVIE! What an experience working alongside kickboxing champion and the star of the movie, James Turner, who plays Liam Marshall. I play Paddy Cole, and I loved every minute of it! THE BUTTERFLY – COMING SUMMER 2027 @thebutterflymovie2027 An old-school martial arts action movie! What you don’t see in this camera phone footage is what goes on behind the scenes to make these fights happen. We were seriously up against the clock filming this outdoor fight scene, with a storm heading straight towards us! The ground was an absolute nightmare. Hilly, uneven and full of holes. We even had to cut the grass down to create a small area to fight on. I won’t lie, I was panicking about rolling or breaking my ankle! Luckily, we’re both experienced champion fighters, so we adapted, worked together and pulled it off. And I mean JUST pulled it off! We’d barely finished filming when the heavens opened! These are the moments and memories you look back on when everything finally comes to life on the big screen. NOW FOR SOMETHING EXCITING OF MY OWN! I’ve actually written a storyline for my own short martial arts action movie, and I’m seriously considering bringing it to life. If you love films like ROCKY and WARRIOR starring Tom Hardy, this is the kind of movie I’m looking to create. A proper old-school fighting movie with heart, emotion, brutal action and a story worth telling. I’M LOOKING FOR NORTH EAST FILMMAKERS! Directors, cinematographers, camera crews and filmmakers who would be interested in sitting down and discussing how we could bring this project to life. I’ve got the storyline, the martial arts experience, the fight choreography and the passion. Now I want to connect with the right people to make it happen. If that’s you, get in touch! PLEASE TAG NORTH EAST FILMMAKERS, DIRECTORS AND CAMERA CREWS IN THE COMMENTS. You never know where one conversation could lead! #TheButterflyMovie #MartialArtsMovies #NorthEastFilm by @garrybell_contender
