SOMEONE HAS DIED IS BACK, BABY! After being out of print for a couple of years, we’re thrilled to announce that your favorite will arbitration game is back from the dead! Fresh copies are headed to the US as we speak and preorders are open right now! Link in bio to get yours now! by @gatherroundgames
Join us on Thursday August 15th, starting at 6:30pm we are going to have our friends from Gather Round Games coming in to demo two of their great games: Roadside Distractions is a light storytelling game about hitting the road with friends and seeing the world’s most unusual attractions. Everyone creates and pitches attractions that are worth the stop. Once the itinerary is set, everyone goes on the adventure of a lifetime experiencing all the hijinks and quirks these oddities have to offer! Someone Has Died is an improvisational storytelling game set at a will arbitration. One player takes on the role of the estate keeper and sets up for us who has died, how they died, and what they’ve left behind in the estate. Everyone else gets a hand of identity, relationship, and backstory cards that they use to create characters who are ultimately trying to prove that they’re the most worthy of the deceased’s fortune. Admission is $12/seat. Come learn/play these games and have access to our full library of games as well! https://www.gatherroundgames.com/ by @gatherroundgames
We're looking for folks to help us playtest our latest project: a brand-spankin' new storytelling card game! All you'd need to playtest is access to Tabletop Simulator and about 45 minutes (including the rules explanation!) Interested? Fill out the google form in our bio or drop us a comment/DM and we'll get back to you about finding a time to play! We need groups of 3 minimum, so recruit some friends or inquire solo and we'll group you with some other friendly folks. If you have any additional questions or concerns, you can email gatherroundgames@gmail.com. Can't wait to play together! #linkinbio #indiegamedev #playtesting #needplaytesters #tabletop #tabletopgaming #storytellinggame #ttrpg by @gatherroundgames
One of our goals for 2024 is to play more indie rpgs. Today, we finally got Wanderhome by @possumcreekgames to the table! Baked some cookies for the trip & had a lovely time creating some fascinating lil critters journeying together. . . . #ttrpg #ttrpgcommunity #possumcreek #wanderhome #indierpg #tabletopgamer #playmoregames #roleplayinggame #indietabletop by @gatherroundgames
