POSTS STORIES REELS

Me in my zone, doing things that I like, with the people I love, surrounded by all colours imaginable! 💗💗 Whimsy always finds me! ✨ by @gauherr

The musician on the last two slides started playing some non-Turkish songs as soon as I entered the cafe, hoping that I’d know them, and indeed I did! 😃 What a brilliant way of hospitality! It made me stay at the cafe for longer than I had intended. And every shop I went to offered me free tea! 🥹☕️

I loved seeing beautiful mosques and churches at every corner in Istanbul, each of them having incredible historic architecture and stories! I could listen to those stories for hours, and the history about each empire brought back memories from my history lessons in childhood at school, and a full circle moment to now seeing the remnants in real life! 💙

My tour was organised by @turkishairlines via their programme called TourIstanbul. It’s a must-visit city if you like colours, architecture, great food, and an overall friendly vibe! 🐈 by @gauherr

Going to the airport bookshop is the new cool for me! 💯📚
Have you read either of these books? Let me know how you found them?

I’ve been wanting to get Ikigai for a while now.
And I can always use more learnings on negotiating! When running a business, I started from knowing very little about negotiating, to now working with big name brands and negotiating every single day, I’m really excited to read this book, and make my skills even stronger! 💪

Make Your Creative Career Pay!
You’re serious about your craft. Now get serious about the cashflows behind it.

Whether you’re a designer, visual artist, musician, photographer, filmmaker, writer, content creator, or creative freelancer, you’re building something that matters.

But how do you value your work in the marketplace?

Making a creative career work financially is a different skill.

We’re not taught this skill at school.

Without signposts and guard rails, it’s easy to lose our way juggling money and art.

We understand that many of you who are early-stage creative professionals struggle with uncertainty in these areas:

🤔 How much should I charge for my creative product or service?
🧐 What is a clear and easy way to calculate my income goals to make my practice sustainable?
😬 How do I manage unpredictable income?

Bills and Beats x Opportunity Bridge are designing an unique programme for November 10th to help you find answers to:
➡️ balancing the books
➡️ payment and investment priorities
➡️ planning for life’s milestones

Our practical and interactive session is a hybrid networking + workshop opportunity to deepen your business skills and business relationships.

It’s big on casual and creative networking — with a mini-workshop and curated conversation that spotlights creative career sustainability.

November 10th, 7.00pm BST, Cambridge
Join a room of ambitious creatives for an evening of honest conversations, practical resources and hands-on financial and business advice designed around the realities of independent creative work.

No jargon. No judgement. No dry financial lecture.

Just useful knowledge you can confidently put to work immediately.

With a wider creative circle.

Autumn look in action! 🍂🍁 Started the day with exploring a town in the Cotswolds and ended it with a celebration at a local community centre, which was the highlight of my day!

I keep getting Meta One reminders and have been very tempted to get it, but I want to do my research and want to know from the people who have already tried it. How did you find it and which plan have you tried? by @gauherr
