if you're looking for an easy meal & love tomatoes, this one is for you! all ingredients are from trader joes

finally posting.. i have been neglecting this page.. aside from my stories oops 😟 my apologies! life has been hectic and lately i've been overwhelmed by the concept of being a person because why do i have to plan & prepare for 3 meals a day! it's a lot. so i've been prioritizing easy & quick recipes like this one that don't involve a lot of planning or preparation. this is an old video from before i moved out of my apartment but i still remember this meal & can confirm this was delicious!

what are some of your favorite easy meal ideas like this one?

my take on the chips and queso debate... thoughts? misir > kik but both are necessary or the meal feels incomplete for me

taking the pressure off my first post by posting some random shit 😂 as i'm enjoying my leftovers from habesha, i'm thinking about what i envision for this page. i'm gonna be sharing my vegan eats which includes sharing vegan places to eat in austin (and beyond) but i also develop recipes and will be sharing those from time to time. if you want to be exposed to more plant based recipes i'd appreciate a follow! 🫶🏽🌱
