The art of flow.. Cultivating a flow can be challenging but when you allow yourself to be fully present and engaged in the moment you realize how clear everything becomes…almost as if you are water moving elegantly through the river Here’s some recent moments of me in my flow, thanks to everyone that shows their love and support it means the world to me.. Thanks for organizing an incredible time for us to flow freely through the night, nothing but deep love for you brotha @circles_with_connor Also big thanks to @juggernaut3500 for capturing some incredible photos of us! by @gavinhinez
January. Lots of ups and a couple downs… Hospitals suck but my friends don’t… Happy to be here and happy for what’s to come.. Keep your head in the clouds, not in your butt.. #muchlove #funinthesun #woohoo #cantstopwontstop #yeahbuddy by @gavinhinez

A glimpse into one of my dreams… What a great moment it is when you accomplish something you’ve wanted for so long.. So stoked to be alive and able! Been dreaming of this one for a while! Make the most of it and gettrr done! Woohoo! #speedflying #funinthesun #cantstopwontstop #getoutside by @gavinhinez

August… I found a lil bit of fun, but not enough… The never ending search to find some fun continues… This side quest is starting to feel like the main quest… Also I love my friends a lot and I’m not really sure where I’d be without them, nor do I care because right now I’ve got all I need… #funinthesun #woohoo #slacklife #cantstopwontstop by @gavinhinez
Paraglider cutaway BASE jumps are awesome! Here’s the second cutaway from this epic morning! Conditions were so good we had to rip another! I dont normally do flips but when I do they are so sick! Feels great to open up the door to all these endless possibilities! #woohoo #speedfly #basejump #cutaways #cantstopwontstop by @gavinhinez
Skydive Eureka.. What a time to be alive! Paragliders, base rigs, and cutaway systems! So sick Today was one of those best morning ever kind of mornings… Our homie Ryan knew a spot, we scoped it and then we ran it.. Woke up early to start a sick 4x4 cruise to the top of the mountain, hiked about 10 minutes to the launch and then botta bing botta boom we ran off the top of the mountain in perfect conditions, flew above the LZ and then released… thanks Chris for sending the cutaway with me and thanks to the homies to come to the top and hang/speed fly down! So rad! Feeling fired up after the first lap and an easy retrieval of the wing I decided to pack up my base rig while Caleb sorted out my paraglider and then we hauled up the mountain for another lap.. Flawless! 2 cutaway BASE jumps before breakfast! Let’s fckin gooo baby… ITS ON! Excited for what’s to come! #woohoo #speedfly #cutaway #basejump #cantstopwontstop by @gavinhinez
Some morning shadow chasing… I love seeing my shadow while in flight, such an epic visual! A quick reminder letting you know you are still flying.. as if flying wasn’t enough of an indicator😂🤘🏽 Just remember not to get to close.. #woohoo #funinthesun #speedflying cantstopwontstop by @gavinhinez
