🌸 WOMENS ONLY CLASS 🌸 We’re excited to announce that we’ll be running an ongoing Women’s Only Class every Monday at 7:30 PM here at Gracie Barra Shellharbour! We’re so blessed to see more and more incredible women joining our team, and we wanted to create a dedicated space for all our female members to learn, grow, and connect on the mats. This class is open to all women on our team, regardless of belt rank or skill level. Whether you’re just starting your Jiu-Jitsu journey or have been training for years, you’re welcome! We’ll share techniques, work on our skills, enjoy some sparring, and most importantly, support and learn from one another in a positive and empowering environment. We’re excited to see our women’s team continue to grow, and we can’t wait to see you all on the mats! 📍 Gracie Barra Shellharbour 📅 Every Monday ⏰ 7:30 PM by @gbshellharbour

🔺The lessons children learn at a young age can make a difference for years to come. We believe Jiu-Jitsu is about much more than what happens on the mats. 🔺It’s amazing to see how much they grow, not just in their Jiu-Jitsu skills, but in their confidence and the way they handle everyday challenges. 🔺Give your little one the opportunity to experience Jiu-Jitsu!
