Happy birthday wishes to our amazing twins. It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since they were born. They have grown so much in the past year, and we are so excited to see what the next year has in store for them. We are thankful for each day we get to spend with them, and we hope they have a fabulous birthday!

Just me, a good book, something to eat, something to sip, and nowhere else to be. ☀️📖🍹

For someone who's afraid of heights, I've spent the last few years doing the exact opposite of what fear would have chosen.

From the canopy walk in Lagos, to the gondola in Banff, the London Eye, the chairlift in Fernie, the Ferris wheel in Montreal and now parasailing over the ocean each adventure has been a reminder that courage isn't the absence of fear; it's moving forward despite it. 🪂✨

At this point, a hot air balloon ride seems inevitable. 🎈😅🤞🏽
